Thank you Vincent Edwards with Seafood Pimps and whomever recommended this young man to me. I was looking for a Black Owned seafood spot in the Essex County area and so this was a tag. The food and presentation looked good so I reached out. I received over the top customer service and I mean that with all of me. My family was sick with Covid and Seafood Pimps really looked us out from the start of the conversation to the delivery 🚚. I’ve received good customer service before but you know God in it when it’s OVER THE TOP! Now let’s get to my platters 🥰☺️😍✊🏾♥️🙏🏾 I can tell they were prepared and cooked with love just as expected. My daughter looked at me with fear in her eyes the way I mangled this food. Delivery was fast and he didn’t have drivers but kept in contact the whole time to let me know when he was close by. I mean I couldn’t ask for a better establishment to feed myself and daughter at a time where we felt too weak to feed ourselves. I WILL NEVER FORGET THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
