If you are thinking it might be nice to be suprised for lunch or dinner with a very pleasant environment, outstanding variety and quality of cuisine, all coupled to excellent barkeeping and attentive staff, this is your place!
In this land of few, really "better" restaurants, this establishment stands out for atmosphere, food quality and general excellence, followed by wonderful variety and unbelievably low prices. It is also worthy to note that the quanity of wonderful food served, is way over average. In my 3 meals here I have seen a huge percentage of customers leave with "take home" bags. I myself, after a wonderful meal of incredibly delicious steak and shrimp (fresh beyond belief) I was astounded to see just how large the portions were. So large in fact, the next time my wife and I will be sharing a single meal.
Staff and management's treatment of patrons is exceptional. They are ready to assist you in any way they can. Parking is voluminous and convenient with adequate handicap spaces. Adult beverages are available and the "perfect VO manhattan" I ordered was indeed, "perfect" ! The variety of menus items is exceptional and the delicate Japanese soups are excellent.
We highly recommend this restaurant and are grateful for the obvious efforts put forth by Chefs and...
Read moreUpdate: Came for the first time in 2 years. Decreased from 4 stars to 1.
Ordered the hibachi chicken, chicken pad Thai, and red curry chicken. The chicken in all three dishes was extremely dry. The chicken in the curry became moldy in the fridge within a day, suggesting they're putting old precooked chicken in the curry.
The curry itself was very soupy and lacked a lot of flavor. The sauce for the hibachi was just a weird watery mess. The rice was dry and clearly leftover cooked rice.
On top of it all, we paid about $45 for the three meals.
Previous visit: We came for lunch and had the Pad Thai and Pad See Ew. Both meals came with an egg roll. The egg rolls weren't very good and were definitely frozen at some point. The dipping sauce was different but fairly good.
The Pad Thai was very good, but the Pad See Ew was just okay and was lacking the normal flavor of the dish. We had no complaints about the service.
Overall, this is probably the best choice in an area with few Asian food options. It definitely lives up to the fusion name though, and doesn't necessarily have all of the authentic taste.
A lot of people seemed to order the sushi rolls which looked pretty good and were massive. It may be something worth trying if you're at...
