Ive gone to taco Tuesday every Tuesday except for any weather or plumbing related closures for about a year. The food is consistently good, some days are better than others but it has never been bad. I’ve had the steak, chicken, al pastor, chorizo, tinga, carnitas. I’ve had the guac, birria, nachos, birria quesadilla, pozole. When you stay there to eat in you get complimentary chips and salsa which is a nice touch. All of the salsas are also complimentary and well spiced. they have great soft drink options some unique flavors that you went get in more Americanized tacos joints . Most recently I went for my routine taco Tuesday and went to go sit down since tables were limited and I saw more people coming inside. When I sat down some man walked in and told me that he actually had reserved the table. I was shocked, since it’s extremely casual and I was not aware there was a reservation system. He stated that he was in his car waiting and I just pulled in and that he had the table reserved. We went back and forth and I went back up the register to the woman taking orders and asked if they reserve tables, she said , no and that the other couple were there earlier. So basically she was backing the guy up who walked in after me and my fiancée even though they don’t reserve tables. she let that whole back and forth occur without inserting herself and explaining the situation. As a person who sees this particular employee every single week and orders tacos faithfully I am really disappointed in the service and lack of communication. Im alleric to tomatoes, they purpusly loaded my taco with tomatoes!! never go here!! It's sad that one person who understands nothing about customer service and following what is clearly on the menu can lose a long time customer and advocate with gross negligence, a terrible attitude, and disdain for paying customers. Their tacos can be ordered ala carte and the menu clearly states that each taco gets one guacamole sauce and one salsa (hot) sauce. If you order one taco, you get one of each, if you order 3 tacos, you get 3 of each, which I verified before ordering with the smart-ass at the counter. When my to go meal was ready he quickly put it in the bag and tied it up tight as to prevent me from verifying I got the correct amount of sauce, there were only 3, 2 guacamole sauce and 1 hot sauce. The kid, I think he said his name was Diez, then proceeded to embarrass me and rush me out and say any more sauces are 50 cents each. So he was saying I needed to pay $1.50 more to get what the menu says i get and what I verified with him I'd get prior to ordering. These sauces can't cost the restaurant more than 1 cent each, see pics, and now they've lost a customer who likes their food. Advice, train the brat behind the counter or you're going to lose a lot more customers and I will share my experience far and wide....

I've been coming here many 4 nights a week. Everything was good until this last vist. Shrimp casadilla ordered. NO CHEESE! I drive a a few minutes reach over and try to pull a slice out and it falls apart. All the content fall out. I call, get put on hold and wait a few minutes patiently. Then someone grabs the phone a hung up? So I go back. Gentleman is preparing some items behind the counter. I told him, I just called and you hung up on me. I asked if my meal had other sauces and he said yes and that they put it in separate containers. I asked why He said because it's dairy. I said I only asked for them not to add cheese. He continued trying to explain how other people do it and what they assumed. Everyone is different. Maybe I'm losing weight,maybe my doctor said I for me not to have in my diet or maybe I don't like the way it tastes with cheese. Now he's sweating all over everything. Trying to have the word. Over talking me. Etc. Get rid of the attitude. You were politely corrected. Don't argue with costumers it's a bad look on your business. You said you don't get paid enough. I wonder why. A bad attitude is like a flat tire. You won't get anywhere until...
