I like this place but the way the treat people is kinda insane. I got a few things from here plus a bagel with Cream Cheese, in the parking lot I noticed the guy didn't put cream cheese on so I walked in and let him know, it doesn't make sense to me to charge someone for a mistake they made but I understand cream cheese costs a few cents more so I was fine with the idea of that. However, when I went to pay he charged me $3.22, that's more than the bagel cost the first time! I asked if he meant to do that because I saw that the .22 cents is the charge for the cream cheese, his reply was "that's what she told me to do", I'm assuming he was referring to another woman there that I never saw so why she would be making that judgement or why he would think that's okay is insanity.
I paid about 7$ for a bagel he didn't make correctly. Moral of the story is really watch what you get and what they charge you because they clearly have no ethics or moral compass at this place. Shame because I like the bagels...

She made a big deal in front of the entire store instead of approaching me, and got very agitated to the point where she was waving her hands in the air and yelling so the whole store could hear her.
To the owner: I really hope a misunderstanding was worth losing a customer. I, at no point, made any complaint about you on the phone. I was being taken care of by another employee, and she mentioned she couldn't make a credit card transaction while you were on the phone, and that you'd be done shortly (This was while she was making my sandwich). I simply mentioned to her that you were on the phone since I got in the door, and she may need to ask you. I did not mean it in a negative way, and I in no way made...
Read moreWow my boyfriend and I live pretty close to this place so we will get donuts there once every month or so. This Saturday morning my boyfriend comes home with two donuts, that he was overcharged for based on usual prices and I bite into mine, completely stale. His, a totally different kind of donut, COMPLETELY STALE. Who sells people day-old donuts on a Saturday morning? We’ve been offered yesterday or donuts from that morning, later in the day for a discounted price, so we know they know better. But to outright resell or stage old donuts as new ones? To come home with this only to bite into something dry and hard, I mean these were REALLY STALE, do they really ngaf that bad? Geez what a sad...
