I can’t say this enough, I would highly not recommend coming here, as a former employee I can tell you with the upmost honesty that food isn’t fresh at certain points and the staff quite frankly doesn’t care about providing the best customer service and following the proper techniques of food preparation. On top of that management is the absolute worst and has no effective communication skills as they like to yell at you for doing something wrong as if they’re your parent when it can be easily communicated in a different and more effective way and they don’t follow covid restrictions close enough as far as sanitation and proper mask wearing goes. Would not recommend eating here or seeking employment from this particular establishment especially and quite frankly I’m shocked they haven’t been shut down yet considering the mold and the other dirty things I’ve seen and was exposed to as an asthmatic when I worked here. This restaurant posses a huge health risk especially in these troubling times. Please save yourself and do not come to this establishment, invest money in...
Read moreThe Drive through specifically at this Wendy's has two majors issues. Here they are: Their app says they open for breakfast at 6:30am. I have attempted to get breakfast from here at 6:50am or 7am before work in the morning and they are not open on time. The app will let me put the order in and I show up to the drive through and no one responds. I go to the window and after several minutes have passed someone finally responds to my order and they do it in a rude way. This has happened to me 3 times!
They must be trying to game some sensor but I've had someone tell me to pull forward and then reverse and now I usually get asked to pull ahead and wait for my order. I understand doing this when there is a line but I've had them tell me this when there is no one in line during non busy times. Having someone have to walk outside to give me my food is wasting both people's times in an effort to shave a few seconds off some metric that is actually achieving the opposite of it's intended purpose (instead of shortening my time, it actually is...
Read moreWent to order, they asked me what drink I wanted and I said a soda. They said the soda machine was broken. Why not say that first? I order a vanilla frosty, go to the window, and they give me a chocolate frosty. I correct them and say vanilla. The girl giving me the food shouts back to her coworkers and says, "Not chocolate, birthday cake!" How the hell do you get birthday cake from vanilla? I ask for my receipt because the girl didn't give it to me and she says the receipt machine was broken. The food was okay. Burger was good, fries were lukewarm and soft so you could tell they were a bit old. In the recent times I've come here, I've noticed they're watering down their soda to the point where sometimes it's not even fizzy anymore, and it's almost always "bland," meaning you can barely taste the sugar sometimes. It used to be good and now it's just upside down. Also, the woman that manages the drive-thru always seems to have...
