I'm not sure if they just don't care or they really just don't care. They literally have no incentive to be kind or provide quality service, and I swear I think they say they're out of something just to say they're out of it because they don't want to have to cook it. They've rarely gotten an order correct. Idk how many times I've sat at the mic waiting to order for them to run off and do something else for 5-10 minutes only to get what I tell them wrong and then send me to the window they ignore me at for another 15plus minutes to get home and there's still something missing, something wrong, and as usual they didn't give me the sauce that goes with the order and the extra I paid for. They're always out of the new stuff. Why advertise new items if you never have it? They just don't want to cook it. It's laziness. Same reason they stand out there with the stupid stick flagging people down. They don't want to run back and forth. Don't waste your time. This morning around 7:30 AM I ordered a breakfast Croissan'wich the number 1 combo with no cheese, instead I got a number 1 Croissan'wich with cheese and no sausage. I repeated my order twice and even the girl repeated my order back to me and said no cheese. I did not get my receipt. Because they didn't I give me my receipt never do and I Trusted that they made my order correct.
