The atmosphere and food are excellent. Customer service is not very good. The man who worked at the pay register was rude and gave me an attitude. when I first came in he was very unwelcoming and rude like he was in bad mood while he was taking my order. I ordered a drink and a sandwich. I only received my sandwich, so I went to ask about my drink, and he answered rudely. He told me i never ordered a drink. He never gave me a receipt, so I couldn't verify I ordered one. Also, it was the first item I ordered. He told me I had to pay again for the drink if I wanted it. I wanted the drink so I obviously paid again, so I basically paid for a drink that I never received. Make sure to get your receipt even if you pay cash! + I recommend being more friendly and welcoming if you want people...

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was disappointing enough to warrant one. I came in looking forward to trying a new coffee spot, but the customer service was surprisingly rude from the start. When I asked a couple of simple questions about the menu, the staff seemed irritated and acted as if I was bothering them. Instead of helping, they responded with short, dismissive answers and made me feel unwelcome.

Coffee shops should be inviting and friendly—especially when you're trying them for the first time. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you value...

Finally was able to check them out. I had the Chai Tea Latte with Oat milk. It was flavorful and rich, not watered-down, you can taste the Chai spices. My husband had El Guero which is a white mocha he liked it as well. Good coffee, very nice employees, the interior is beautiful with large seating area and comfy chairs. We will be back! My only complaint is I wished they we open passed 5pm would be nice to meet friends for drinks after work! There's isn't any non bar places in town. So hopefully they might stay open later...
