In life, sometimes we have to trip and fall to learn from our mistakes. In the case of this Hardee's location, it's a lesson learned.
One of the 1st things you'll note about this location is the lack of business, meaning patrons and vehicles. There are literally no patrons inside, no cars outside, and maybe 2 employees... and maybe it's for a legitimate reason.
The place seems run-down and unclean, as if it's abandoned with broken signs, dirty windows, with weeds around the building (as of the time of this writing)
When I went to order a chicken tender meal, the young lady, who took my order. had a snarky attitude and was sarcastic at times. Instead of asking what size meal she automatically assumed and charged me for a 5 pc meal... which ran $10 and change.
When I pulled up, the same lady gave my total, and I paid. (I was able to take a look inside, and there were no customers, and it looked dirty and lonely behind the counter)
After receiving my meal, this is where my expectations were failed:
For the amount of money paid, I was expecting decent sized chicken tenders... instead, I got a Mini-me version of an average chicken tender size, which barely had any meat, and had an oily/bland taste with hints of spices.
The fries were old, over-salted, and somewhat cold, like they had been sitting under the heat lamp since the last supper. The only decent part of the meal was the drink.
In addition, I only received 4 tenders, instead of 5 (another minus). I didn't have time to go back as I was headed back to work.
For the amount of money I paid, I sure didn't receive a good value. I know every restaurant is different, however the chicken tenders could have at least been more plump, and the fries fresh...
I seriously don't recommend ppl wasting their time and money at this Hardee's location. If you want real value and service, there is a Chick-fil-A, and a McDonald's not far...
Read moreHorrible service. By far, one of the most rude experiences. Went through the drive-thru to order a simple hamburger. Pulled up to the window, the girl didn’t even acknowledge that I was there she just opened the window and stood there. So I waited, thinking that she was waiting for my order to be made or something.
I continued to wait... she closed the window. opened the window a minute later she opened the window again, sayyng nothing. She closed it again. A minute later, she opened it again, said nothing, pulled out her phone, walked to the front counter and chatted with another worker and came back and started tapping her fingernails... with the window open. She closed it again.
So I called for her attention, and asked if there was something she was waiting on, and she said, “I’ve been waiting for you to pay!” I told her that she didn’t ask for it or acknowledge me whatsoever. She then followed up with, “do you want this or not?!” I reassured her that she wasn’t giving quality or even decent customer service. I paid, and she closed the window on my face.
I went in a couple minutes later to ask for the manager. The girl at the front didn’t acknowledge me either. I stood there in line with another guest behind me. She didn’t acknowledge any of us. I asked to speak to the mod, she said she wasn’t in the back cooking. I asked her to please call for her. She continued to defy my request saying she’s in the back without even attempting to call for her.
I asked for her name, she was hesitant in giving me her name. The drive thru girl ignored me with nasty looks and walked by, I asked for her name. She said, “don’t worry about it!”
That was the a very horrible and unsatisfying experience and WILL NOT BE A LOYAL CUSTOMER anymore. Some very low and non motivated employees that give a sad face...
Read moreHORRIBLE. I work in the area, and let me start by saying they are the WORST. Several customers, including myself have witnessed and have been on the receiving end of a rude front line worker. The managers are older women and they are the nicest and politest as they can be. But the young front line ladies that they are hiring are definitely not a good face for this store. They don't greet customers when entering, when asked if they are working front line they will rudely snap back and reply with "you see me standing here so go ahead with your order". When asking for a manager it's always the same evening manager and she pacifies the situation with "free food". The managers don't seem to have a sense of a good worker as these encounters aren't from the same employee. It's been several. This is a busy area why would you not train your employees better. I have worked in fast food and it has changed a lot, if these actions are acceptable...
