Small hairs were found in the chicken Alfredo pasta. I immediately contacted the store. Brianna answered the phone; I shared with her the issue and asked for a refund. She stated that refunds would need to be done at the end of the shift; and I told her that was fine. She then back peddled and checked with her managers Nicole and Natalie who told her to tell me to contact customer care because the only thing they could do is remake the order or give me a credit. Who in their right mind would ask for them to remake the order or want a credit after how I was grossed out by the fact that there was hair in my pasta the first time?! It appears employees at this location may not wear hair coverings, as the hairs were baked underneath the top layer sitting on the noodles. A credit is not an option at this point. I reached out to Pizza Hut customer care (same night the order was placed on 1/13/2024) and was met with the standard canned email response, "We have forwarded your feedback to the above store leadership team responsible for this restaurant. They will contact you within the next 3 business days to discuss this matter further at the phone number or email address you provided". I followed up again on 1/19/2024 because I hadn't heard back from anyone...and still haven't. Times up ..so review is posted. Consider ordering from another Pizza...

I took the pizza back tonight after i threw it in fridge after friend and I bit into a piece last night. Tried calling them back last night no answer...tried calling tonight no answer. Drove up there. Got a partial refund....absolutely no apology. Ate the delivery charge. Ordered wings a while back and got the completely wrong sauce. Tickets on pizza and wings match what I order but what arrives is not what you order. I miss the store that was on Jefferson ave next to taco bell. They ALWAYS got my order correct and tasty. Read moreOrdered delivery 6 days ago. 3 out of the 5 things I ordered was the incorrect type (ordered 2 types of diet drinks, a pizza, and 2 types of wings). I mainly ordered because I wanted diet soda without leaving the house. Both drinks were regular. 1 of the wings ordered was supposed to be buffalo and was garlic parmesan instead, which no one would eat. Driver was friendly but I did not notice till she left. I immediately chatted with customer service, who said they would forward the issue to the store and I would be contacted. I have not been contacted and it's been 6 days. I'll be sticking with dominos from now on, I think. Disappointed, especially after tipping and delivery fees.
