Arby's — Restaurant in Newton

I'm highly disappointed in Arby's lately. They're selling good burgers and bacon deluxe burgers for the release of good burger 2. The first two I had were amazing and I was hooked. I spent $27 for two bacon burger combos, one with soda one with a shake and one no onions or pickles.both sandwiches had a few bacon crumbles, the one that was regular had a sprinkle of lettuce, no onion, one pickle chip and two tomato ends. The other sandwich had nothing else on it. Tonight we spent $40 buying two good burgers meals with shakes, another small shake and 2 classic roast beefs. We live 5 minutes from the store and EVERYTHING was cold, the good burgers have NO sauce which makes the sandwich and one was supposed to be no pickles and onions. Low and behold there were pickles and onions. The topper? The burgers taste like those cheap nasty frozen burgers you buy at Walmart, they have no seasoning and taste like wet dog. When I call the store it just rings forever. Only good thing that's come out of this is that they have cured my cravings for not only the good burgers but the establishment itself. Side note the female bathroom smells like sewage and if you go when they're busy the food...

Today I went and ordered a Buffalo Chicken sandwich meal with NO lettuce. I got a sandwich with lettuce on it after I'd repeated several times I wanted NO lettuce. Also ordered a LARGE strawberry lemonade and it was a small sized and was even told it was a large.

I then went inside from the drive-thru and was ignored for 5 to 10 minutes. There was nobody else in the line. I then was greeted by an employee who was complaining about having to remake my sandwich, she even went as far as complaining to other employees. It was eventually remade after about 5 to 10 minutes later. Meanwhile my fries sat and got cold. They refused to remake those and gave the cold ones back to me. She stated that they cannot keep them so I have them back.

All in all I am very disappointed and do not recommend, which is unfortunate for Newton. I understand being short-staffed but this is sad to me to be...

Me and my family went through the drive through and I tried to order there new good burger 2 meal, and they said they didn't have the sauce for the burger because it was discontinued but can sell it to me normally, I was like they need to take it off the menu otherwise then that would be just a basic burger and there be no point getting the meal at the $12 price if I wasn't getting everything that went on the burger and that's including the sauce.

Then some one different took over, I'm assuming was a manager and was extremely rude about the interaction and had a tone of I don't care about your business so me and my family just drove off and went to get food somewhere else.

If I was you guys I wouldn't eat here or any/many places in Newton, Iowa. No one cares about the food they make and are always jerks about one thing or another and I'm tired of it and I'm sure...
