Carlos' Kitchen & Cater — Restaurant in Newton

If you haven't tried Carlos Kitchen And Cater, you need to check it out. They are a family owned business with fantastic food and are some of the nicest people you could meet. I know people who eat there almost weekly because the food is so good, and we've had them cater at our church a few times. They are located at 122 S. Kansas Ave in Newton. I was skeptical at first but this place is it. They really deserve every single one of their 5 star rating the food is amazing its fairly priced they sell in bulk in case you feel like spreading the joy. I saw they also sell tamales i am excited to come back to buy a dozen of those i even asked what i assume to be one of the owners what something was on the menu and they gave me a free sample! The best Mexican food in town perhaps. I really appreciated how REASONABLE their prices are for the amount of food and rly a good amount of food. Not too much, not too little. Delicious! The Queso blanco was soooo good (could have been warmer, but no biggy). I had the Chimichanga Supreme and it was great! I also appreciated that I made one small substitution and they had no problem with it. The employees were all very personable and seemed to work well together. Great experience!
