Casey's — Restaurant in Newton

Just pulling out of there now. Pulled in to fill up our RV and get some food. First there was 1 piece of pizza and nothing else prepared or ready. Now as I tell the rest of this story picture 1 employee shooting the breeze with someone while the other who is right next to her keeps staring at me and then looking at his phone. This goes on for several minutes. Mire people came in and were hungry...but again 1 piece of pizza which we gladly gave to a gentleman who came in after us since we needed more than one for our group anyway. Finally a 3rd employee walks up who isnalso on his phone but I am glad he is upright as he was laying down on the concrete behind the building when we pulled up. Finally I asked if anyone had anymore food going and he said no and proceeded to get back on his phone. By the time we got to the front door all 3 employees were on their phones. It is by far the laziest group of employees I have ever seen with no care for customer service at all. 6 people walked out of there hungry and ready to spend their money anywhere else. As a buisness owner myself I am not sure how your labor costs are even remotely close to reasonable. Good luck but don't stop there if you are hungry or want a helpful face...

I hate to write this review but I’m at my last straw. I’ve gone to this Casey’s almost daily if not weekly so I know every worker there and they know me. There’s this one old lady (won’t name names) who has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not just one time but on numerous occasions has she been absolutely horrible to me and other customers. Never greets anyone and has a very snotty stuck up tone when helping customers. If you don’t like people maybe don’t work in customer service. I have expressed my concerns to the manager and she just brushed it off. I will no longer be supporting this location and will recommend everyone to go to the one by the interstate for better...

Everything at first glance was normal, surprisingly i was greeted by the nicest gentleman making pizzas, asked if there was anything he could do? Pleasant staff, cup&lids were fully stocked, something i always notice, as i once managed a store. Went to a very freshly cleaned restroom, again nice to see. After chatting with the pizza boy im pretty sure hes on top of things, polite, friendly, and the pizza was perfect not dry or greasy like other caseys pizzas are and u can tell when someone cares about their work ! ! !
