Buffet nite at Newton Ks location. Store had one server for in store, one at drive up window and one cook. People ahead of us had waited 15 minutes to be seated. Another customer got up from table and left because he said they hadn't put any pizzas out in the last 20 minutes. We waited 10 minutes and then left without being seated. There were FOUR occupied tables in the dining area! The rest of the tables were empty and only three needed clearing. I asked the server if they were seating people and she just looked at me and wandered away. Hello Domino's. UPDATE 02/20/19: I spoke at length with management on the above issues and was promised things would be changed. I'm happy to say they have followed thru with those promises. Ate at the location tonite and found a lot of differences. Biggest was the staff. They were fully staffed tonite and the servers were welcoming and efficient. This despite two large groups that had show up unexpectedly. The buffet was well stocked and fresh. The dining area was clean and appeared to have been recently remodeled. So far so good. We used to go to this pizza hut, but after the recent events and service, we will never go they're again. The service sucks, the employees are lazy, rude, and very unprofessional. Our last experience was horrible. We went in for dinner, waited thirty minutes for our food, which we never got. Approached our server and asked about our food, she said I'll check on it. As she was saying this, she turned her back to me and started messaging with her hair and her eye liner. After doing this, she walked up and grabbed someones food from the window and went out to their table. At no point did she wash her hands, which is a violation of KDHE regulations in the food world. Read moreI placed a order on the 7th , online @ 8:15 pm, got a text at 9:24 pm stating my order was on the way.... at 10:30 pm i called, s/w Jason who then tell me that the kitchen staff called , which they didnt, cause they where out of bread.So the order was Cancelled....Monday , s/w Mgr she said it was Cancelled an the money should be returned to my card. Ok, Thank you...Tuesday, , today, called my bank an no Credit placed on my card, called the store, instead of talking to the mgr on duty, i had a middle man, young lady, relying messages...which in turn stated i need to bring my Bank Statement down there for them to see .... its $25 that is off my card and not replaced....I can easily print it out, and go down there......But with today's atmosphere, i am black , an im sure something will be taken out of content....I will take this loss....an Make sure NO ONE EVER , Job, or Family, Orders from this place EVER...
