I usually don't leave bad reviews, as I understand bad days happen, however this is the 4 drink in the last week that I've ordered and it is nothing like when this Starbucks 1st opened. I wouldn't mind it so much but paying $5-$7 for one drink and it tasting bad that I have to throw it away, is a waste of my money. Also, the attitude from one of your female employees is unnecessary. Twice I ordered from my mobile app, 5 min later pulled up in the drive through to get in line, because there was a LINE, and when I get to the speaker, I was told, "Next time you do a mobile order, you need to give us at least 10 minutes to make your drink" Like umm okay, I am just letting you know that I am in line, I don't expect my drink to be done! Have you not considered that some people might have anxiety ordering from the speaker or even in person, especially when there is multiple orders, and ordering from a mobile app is a lot better than having someone wait on you to decided what you want or stare you down because you are not completely sure how to order something. I was really excited about Newton getting their own Starbucks but sad that its nothing like I expected it to be. It will be a long while before I try this...

But because there is a button for a caramel frapp and a button for a mocha frapp, it apparently is very difficult for some to figure out how to key it in. 🤦🏻♀️ there is one barista, Mariah, that NAILS it every time. She’s the bees knees and the reason I will keep...
Read moreArrived to pick up a mobile order (Iced Mocha and a muffin). Went inside to pick it up (15 minutes after placing the order) and the drink was ready but the muffin hadn't been heated up. Ended up waiting 20 minutes inside before telling them I just wanted the rest of my order without it being heated up. To their credit, they were busy, but they seemed pretty flippant toward people that had...
