Ale House — Restaurant in Newtown Township

I gave it 1 star because at least the roast beef was ok. I wasn’t going to write a review but since I have lots of followers I felt compelled. So here’s what happened. I placed an order for take out and waited to pay. When I heard the price I questioned to myself what I ordered. Part of the order was 3 grilled cheeses that were listed in their menu on line for $5.00 each. I looked at the bill and was charged 10 a piece for a total of 30 for grilled cheese. I went back in and told the hostess the situation and she gave me this blank stare. I showed her the menu on their website and the woman didn’t know what to do. She asked one of the bartenders who said that the online menus weren’t right. I Asked if this happened a lot ? He’s didn’t say anything and refunded the difference. So if the prices are wrong on their website I wonder how much this scenario takes place. So be advised on the call in order if you do that . Another gripe is I ordered wings bone in. It says online that you get 10 wings for the order. I asked for blue cheese and was told it’s in there as well. Take a look at the pics and count the wings. I winged it and schedule an appointment for my wedding parte this april for us to get our nails done here, from lo King online and seeing the reviews, so i said why not!! Will I finally brought myself to get back to going to the nail salon again, I am manager of a deli ,so I have complete man woking Hands ,and I am constantly on my feet , I Went there to treat myself and it was the Best nail salon experience i have ever had . Actually spent time on my feet , to getme back to normal again , they did exactly what I wanted design wise with my finger nails and feet ,and to top it off as my nails and feet were drying,gave me a shoulder massage ,they are so good and they have very good customer service. First time and last time. I can see the area where they are preparing the food and they don’t even wear gloves! Not sure if they even wash their hands. One keeps himself occupied looking at his phone and when an order comes in he puts the phone down then goes on to fill the order finishes with that and picks his phone back up. I loved it when I saw him actually dips the plastic container for the take out gravy into the container that holds the sauce after he already put the plastic on a the dirty counter.
