I had a $75 gift card from years ago that states, “This card never expires.” I eagerly went into Blush Salon 9/10/25 to finally get my overdue birthday haircut.

I met with Denise who was at the front desk who despite being able to process the card through the system, she stated she was willing to work out a deal with me covering Shampoo, Blow-dry, and Bang trim. However, in the end, she did not give me a deal whatsoever.

I am so disappointed because not only was I charged standard price, but I also do not love how my haircut turned out.

I sense that neither Denise, the coordinator, nor the stylist Marisa genuinely appreciated me as a client and struggled with truly listening to accommodate my preferred hairstyle.

The first thing I shared with Marisa, the stylist, was a picture and stated, “I do not want my hair shorter than this.” Yet, she ended up cutting my hair nearly 2 inches shorter than the picture.

I do not understand why Denise would place me with a level 3 stylist who could not or would not fulfill my request.

When my hair grows back, I expect a grandiose discount (for the deal I never received) and the exact hairstyle I desire. To make up for what transpired.

I first went to Blush Salon 3 weeks ago to book 2 appointments to get my hair done for my son’s upcoming wedding. I was greeted by Denise who set up my appointments and made sure that the same stylist would also be available for the day of the wedding. The first appointment was the trial run to see what hair style I wanted, and the second one was for the day of the wedding. Denise was friendly, courteous, and efficient. She made me look forward to coming to some place new.

When I showed up for my trial-run appointment, I was treated like royalty by every employee there the second I walked in the door. Kelly showed me around the salon and asked me if she could get me something to drink. My stylist Samantha greeted me with the enthusiasm of meeting a queen. She was upbeat, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I was pleased with the updo she created. She even took pictures of my hair before I left. I was really looking forward to my return visit the next week.

Last weekend, I got my hair done for my son’s wedding. I asked Samantha if she could make a few more curls in my hair. She was up for the challenge. It was like watching an artist creating a masterpiece! She meticulously sprayed, curled, and pinned my hair in the perfect places. It was a true work of art. I left the salon with a huge grin on my face, ready for the perfect day to begin.

Brittany, Gina, Maureen & Steph did the hair and makeup the day of my wedding and they knocked it out of the park! I have been going to Blush Salon since the day they opened so having Brittany do my hair the day of my wedding was a no brainer! She and Maureen brought my vision to life the day of my trial and the day of the wedding it was EVEN better! I do not wear a lot of make up so looking natural was really important to me, Maureen really listened to me and made me feel like myself the day of the wedding. They were so great through the planning process and beyond professional the day of. They were on time and kept us moving throughout the morning, we were WELL ahead of time. My NINE bridesmaids, my mom, my MIL, my sister-in-law, two flower girls and myself (14 PEOPLE) all had hair and makeup done in under 5 hours and everyone looked stunning. The team really worked their magic to make sure each girl loved their hair and makeup! We all got so many compliments on our hair and make-up! I got married on NYE so it was a LONG day, and you would have had no idea at my reception that my hair and make-up had been done for 9+ hours. I cannot recommend Blush...
