Mattress Firm Newtown Square — Hotel in Newtown Township

I was very fortunate to work with the store manager, who bent over backward to insure that my husband (just returned from back surgery) and I had the best mattress for his recovery and prevention of further back issues. Jim worked with me for a long time to get the best value we could afford (medical bills have been overwhelming). It is remarkable how accommodating of my bedding needs and my budget he was. We are not only thrilled with the mattress and adjustable frame (head and feet), but the delivery was quick, the gentlemen delivering were equally accommodating and patient, and from the date of order to the first night's sublime rest on the new mattress was little more than 24 hours. My old mattress was removed (try getting THAT service when you order on line!) and I was able to get a great warranty on the first adjustable frame I've ever owned. I will recommend this store, this manager, this mattress and this method of seeking a mattress to anyone who asks - and insist that my adult children seek this same opportunity. If I could leave no stars, I would. The saleswoman I bought a mattress from back in October was decent. The mattress was pretty expensive but I am overall happy with it.

However, I used their option to finance through a third party (Synchrony). The saleswoman assured me I would have 12 months of no interest payments. Not wanting to read through the entire 20 page document I was given, I took her word for it. My mistake - I am now being charged more than I originally paid for the mattress and can't get anyone on the phone to help me. Synchrony explained it's at the merchant's discretion to offer specific discounts or interest free periods, but they agreed to not charge interest if I pay in full this month.

I have needed a bed for so long but wasn't looking forward to having to shop for it. I stopped into the Mattress Firm, and the manager David was so helpful! I thought I wanted a firm bed, but David advised me on what I needed based on how I sleep, and other factors and helped me pick out the mattress, frame and headboard... even pillows and sheets! I got an amazing deal, and I completely sleep SOOO much better now! My bed is now my prize possession, so completely perfect and comfortable... and I absolutely LOVE the look of the headboard. Thanks David! I totally appreciate...
