I called to place an order for delivery last Saturday from Fresco. We have not frequently ordered for delivery , but this would not have been the first Fresco delivery to our home. The person who answered the phone to take the order asked that I hold while he discussed with his manager whether the order could be delivered. He said that our home, which is in the same zip code as the restaurant and in within the delivery area listed on the website, was too far and he didn't think that they could deliver. He confirmed that the address listed in their system from the prior deliveries was correct.

The Fresco website states: "We deliver to Broomall, Edgemont, Newtown Square, Media, and many other local areas in Delaware County, please call to inquire." There is also a long post on the Fresco website about delivery, the use of third party services like "Grub Hub, Door Dash, Uber Eats, Post Mates, Caviar, etc" and calling the restaurant directly to request delivery.

After checking with the manager, he informed me that the address was too far and that they could not deliver. Then, he said "Maybe you could call back for delivery on a slow night." I was never asked what the order was, they didn't know whether it was $10 or $200.

As others have noted in their reviews, the food at Fresco is good but the prices are high. Since Fresco is doing so well that they were able to decline business, I'll find another local business that need and wants support, this was the last time I'll...

My first time at Fresco was about a month ago. I called in my order for pickup and the young man on the phone was very nice. I told him about my food allergies and he made sure to check with the kitchen about what I was ordering. That, alone is worth 5 stars. They have a huge menu! There is a lot of parking and it was nice to see how full the restaurant was inside and out. I walked in and a man asked if he could help me. I said I was picking up and he directed me to the back. They prefer you to pay with cash, but don't mind credit card payments. A waitress even came over as I was leaving to hold open both doors for me. So sweet. I was a little skeptical of the pizza because I'm from NY and I hadn't been able to find really good pizza when visiting the area. Well, I will ALWAYS go to Fresco from now on! Their pizza was DELICIOUS. It had an amazing flavor. Thin and crunchy crust, delicious sweet sauce, great amount of cheese and I loved the grease (I am a New Yorker afterall)! They definitely don't skimp out on toppings and everything is very fresh. We ordered at another time and tried a couple chicken dishes. So delicious. Their mashed potatoes were so smooth and yummy. I will make it a point to go to Fresco every time that I'm back in the area! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great with my food allergies, great atmosphere, a huge menu and delicious food! I'm jealous that my Mom lives so close! We will definitely be back to try more...
