Always love the cookies. Two star review because rather than greeting me upon entering the store, Brian promptly told me I couldn’t have my dog in the store while ordering as it’s “company policy”.

After informing him that she is my service animal he eventually said, “It’s fine this time” and allowed me to order. I had even offered to wait outside after ordering but he was gracious enough to allow my service animal and I to remain in the establishment. sarcasm

Seems he was so distraught about my service animal sitting next to me that he gave me the wrong cookie.

I’m glad the cookies are shown before as I was able to point out the mistake.

My dog and I have been to the Niceville and Destin locations SEVERAL times (check my loyalty crumbs, I’m true to this) and the rest of the staff has been nothing but kind and friendly to us, Brian at the Niceville location is the first to have an issue.

Never visited a crumbl so wasn't really understanding the deal My little girls just said they wanted it and who can say no to cookies! What I learned is that they are serious! Get the mini size if you need a fix! The regular sizes were huge and very delicious. The strawberry shortcake is not a cookie but a nice serving of double layer shortcake in its own tin. I got the 4 pack and shared 1/4 of each cookie we had so we all got to taste different cookies and it was plenty of yumminess to go around. They are around 5$ each which is not bad. Give em a try! Glad this place came to Niceville! The grand opening had a line wrapped alongside the building & we went ahead & skipped it until right before closing. Finally, we got our cookies. We tried the pink sugar & the oreo. They are HUGE cookies, definitely worth the price of $4. I loved how they chill the sugar cookie & made the oreo cookie warm. The sugar cookie was not my favorite, but the oreo was AMAZING! Definitely, recommend it to anyone who has never tried it! Everyone was super friendly when you walk in the door.
