Panera Bread — Restaurant in Niceville

I have given this place so many chances, only because Panera has pretty good food. However, they have the slowest drive thru service everrrrrr… it’s a little overpriced for what you get, which I don’t mind if you get my order correct. Today, 05/29/2023, was the last straw, I made a DoorDash order so I paid a premium for my order, see photo of receipt. Part of my order was 6 bagels, tub of cream cheese, and a tub chive onion smear. The receipt has boxes to check off to insure the items are bagged, of course they didn’t use their own system to insure order accuracy and I didn’t receive my cream cheese or chive onion smear… now I have a six pack of bagels that are basically worthless. I’m done with the Niceville Panera location. Of course I’m sure this will fall on deaf ears, as I can see they never respond to any reviews.

Update: I followed the instructions on the receipt and contacted the manager to let her know my order was incorrect. She offered an apology which is nice, and yet offered no solution as to their mistake. Just told “let me know if there’s anything I can help you with next time”, laughable! Because there will not be...

McDonalds has a better accuracy rating when it comes to getting my order right. The last 2 times I've ordered online or in the drivethru here, they have gotten my orders completely wrong. The first time, for all 3 people in my party, we each had something missing or completely wrong. Then when they offered to replace the missing pastry, they were out of it...and instead opted to give us a cookie in its place ($2 difference). They didn't offer to reimburse the $2 until I asked about that price difference.

And yet again, they've forgotten something in my order. And again, were out of it and opted to give us a cheaper item without paying the difference. This time I had to call them out on it to get the money refunded.

I'm tired of this place always getting my orders wrong, and I'm also tired of them trying to steal my money when they say they don't have the item and offer a cheaper item instead (without a refund to make up the difference). This is the worst Panera I've ever visited, and I've NEVER had a bad experience in one. This one needs district level management to clean house...as its a sinking ship in its...

One of the best Panera Bread locations hands down. Excellent staff members. They're very polite and always there to make sure your order is up to your expectations. While we always liked Panera Bread products, we mainly always enjoy coming to this particular locations simply because of their exceptinoal customer care. If you place your order online you can be sure it'll always be ready for your arrival. There was one instance my order wasn't ready on time (due to system issues and not fault of anyone). It didn't take them more than 7 minutes to complete my order and for caused inconvenience they offered a side order free of charge. I just wish other businesses would take an example or two from this PB store to improve their customer service skills. And of course most importantly their products are always fresh and delicious. CDC COVID-19 guidelines are followed fully. We're very pleased...
