Panda Express — Restaurant in Niles Township

I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS. I ordered online from the Panda Express app ( which I uninstalled from my phone after this ) b/c Panda was promoting a free delivery for orders over 10 bucks. Place my order received a alert it was delivered. I check every single door 2x. I called Panda. I explained I received a email informing me my food was delivered but it was nowhere to be found. The person on the phone replied in a the as if I was bothering her. "So what do you want me to do about it" I politely said nevermind. Printed the receipt & order confirmation and went to Panda Express and asked for the Manager. Turns out the person on the phone was the manager. I came to this panda at 9:20, 10 minutes before closing. I normally don’t come so close to closing, but I got out of a long day of work and was really craving panda. As soon as I walked in the lady up front says “no more food this is all we have”. Then the chef comes up to me to tell me the same. I asked him if he can make more food and he refused. As someone who was a previous employee at panda I know that the cooks should still be making food until closing time of 9:30. This is my second bad experience at this location. I will never come back here again. There are a couple good workers here but most of the employees are rude and lazy, especially the ones that were working tonight. Do not order take out from this location! I didn’t learn my previous lesson and ordered a family take out meal . It was supposed to be ready by 2 :40 pm and I got my order only at 2:55I Opened to make sure everything I paid for is in the order . The extra few chicken egg rolls I ordered wasn’t in the box .
