This place is such a darling hidden gem. From the decor and atmosphere, to the food and genuinely friendly service, this quaint little nook will have you coming back for sure!
First thing you'll notice is the musical decor, which for me, got me a little excited to explore. I come from a highly musical background and seeing the cassettes, records, and the tables filled with CDs and ticket stubs, just made it enjoyable right off the bat. From The Beatles to Taylor Swift, each corner and each table top find was met with oohs and ahhs. (And yes, I am easily amused.)
We were given menus moments after we sat, and were quite delighted with the simplicity of it. Breakfast served all day, a handful of sandwich choices, salads, and that's it. Just another reason to love this place!
One of the owners, Jason, came up to our table very personably, and offered some suggestions. His descriptions of everything was on point, he made choosing an interesting but super laid-back experience.
I ordered the BLT on sourdough, along with sweet potato fries topped with creamy peanut butter and crumbled bacon. The contrast of the sweet potato fries and peanut butter with the salty, crispy bacon was to die for! And let me tell you, this sandwich was packed with delicious, thick bacon. I don't know what mayo they use, but it was probably one of the best I ever tasted. My daughter had the Italian hoagie and buffalo ranch parmesan crinkle cut fries. She said both were interesting and delicious as well.
We noticed that there were quite a few people coming in to pick up to go orders, so maybe this place wasn't as hidden as I had thought.
The owners were so friendly and approachable, we had a great conversation about a few things. We shared backgrounds of where we were from, and they shared what inspired their particular decor. I won't give those stories away, go in and ask them yourself!
Now if you're more of the outdoorsy type, beer in hand on the back porch waiting for the meat on the barbecue to finish, this is your place as well! They have the cutest setup outside in the parking lot, music, tables and chairs, and meat on the grill. Apparently the dinner menu changes up so call ahead to find out the special.
Lastly, headed out the door, I saw they had an ice cream menu, I was too full of lunch to partake, but the flavors looked so bomb! NEXT TIME!

Read moreWe had such a great breakfast while we were in town. A hidden gem we didn’t expect to find. The food was delicious, and the barista clearly knows what he’s doing! The espresso rivals many coffee shops in big cities, which definitely impressed me. The atmosphere is very cozy. We greatly enjoyed the music theme, especially the retro wall decor and coasters.
We will definitely be back if we’re ever...
