My family and I (5 and a baby) visited Marcos tonight and we were very displeased. Funny thing is we ate Marcos on Friday 10/13/17 without all of children and were very pleased with the food and service, but not tonight. They were very busy and we completely understand that, we were willing to wait our turn for a table, and even told the lady at the front counter we would wait to order cause we didn’t want our food to arrive before a table was ready. The cashier then told us no worries we have a back room with seating available, but then another cashier said no that room is reserved. I again said then we will just wait to order, but then the second cashier said no you can go ahead and order cause that back big booth is almost finished and your pizza will take about 30 minutes. My husband and I said fine we will order and just wait on the front benches until the table was ready. We waited almost 50 minutes, the table never left, and our food came up. I was very angry that we ordered our food on the recommendation of the staff, that’s your company employees, and then we were there without a table. When speaking with the manager he made every excuse in the world and like I said we understand that they were busy, but his staff shouldn’t have told us to go ahead and order. We ended up taking our pizza to go and it wasn’t anything near what we experienced the day before. Why would a new restaurant allow their biggest room to be reserved on a Saturday night at 6:00pm, knowing they would be busy? That makes no sense at all and I watched several patrons turn and walk out due to no seating. My family will not be going back...
Read moreOmg! We use to love this place! Fist couple years we ate pizza here at least 2 times per week. Had a couple birthday parties there too! Got to know one of the owners there his name was John. Then John was gone a lot opening the other location. Left kids to run the place in our opinion it all went down hill from ther! Always had a problem. Haven’t been back in years! Was craving pizza wife says hey let’s try Marcos we use to live that place. So I said ok. Went in Monday night the 7th of April at 7 pm. Placed our order was about 45 to 50 dollars. They are having a promotion right now pizza was 50 percent off so we said great. Went and sat down to await our specialty pizza on thin crust! Went live thin crust, WELL you will not believe it but 5 minutes later they come over and tell us they are COMPLETELY out of thin crust! Are you freakin kidding me!!!!! Pizza came out...

However, the last two times we have tried to order the phone line has not worked and we could not get through to place the order We placed the order online and had to pay more than usual. We typically order a large pizza with the halves made specifically for our individual tastes. The website doesn't allow (not that I can see) for ordering a large pizza split in half with different toppings. As a result we've had to order two mediums, costing approximately $5 more than the cost of the one single large pizza. I'm not sure what is wrong with the phone line. We've tried to call on two different phones and can't get through. While we love the pizza we may have to try Rocco's if Marco's can't get the phone line working, or tell me how to place an order on line for a large pizza with two halves prepared...
