Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Nixa

I have ordered from this exact store hundreds of times and every once in awhile.. like today.. I get told my address is out of their delivery area.. which isn't is not I am 3 miles from their store litterally.. seriously this is very annoying get your stuff together and figure things out I was told to hang up and call the corporate pizza hut to place my order and they would deliver it.. It is absolutely not worth all that just to order dinner. Why is this constantly a problem at this store? It's ridiculous and I am very displeased with this place I won't ever call this store again nor will I call any pizza hut I was loyal for years why stuff like this randomly happened.. it's not worth the frustration when there are so many other pizza places who don't have this issue.. Dominoes is way further away and guess what.. they deliver to me zero problems.. smh so disappointed I use to love this place.wish I could give a negative...

About a month ago I ordered the alfredo baked pasta. Not with chicken. We ordered tonight and I was told they only have a baked Chicken Alfredo pasta. I asked if they could add extra Alfredo sauce and they said they can't add. I said I would pay for extra sauce and again he said no. So we got our order a my husband's pizza and cheesy bread were okay. My baked chicken Alfredo was dry very dry. Very, very dry and some of the chicken was burnt. My husband use to work at the Domino's Pizza here about 3 years ago and he said they were able to add more sauce and he didn't know why they wouldn't. I was very disappointed and I only ate a few bits that had sauce on it. The guy who took the order really didn't sounded like he knew what he was doing or talking about. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Yall screwed up my order and told me everything you "cant" do... I had to get angry to get my food made correctly, then couldn't eat it thinking you tainted my food! If I could select NO stars I would have! 😡

EDIT: 3/1/25 I just spoke with the GM Kurt... I explained the situation, and he was awesome! He immediately credited my account for next time, was sincerely apologetic! As a former food & beverage worker, THATS how it should be! THANK YOU Kurt! Looking forward to my next...
