I live in the area and I go to this location a few times in the summer afternoons when the temps gets to or over a 100 degrees. I like to stop and get a large blended turtle for my drive home and get one for the wife as well. (For those that don't know it is like coffee ice cream, it isn't ice cream but sure taste like it) Well this season has been the worst customer service working the window. For the visits prior today I just ignored the fact this is just a kid working the window and speaking up to be heard is NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN REGARDLESS HOW MANY TIMES YOU TELL HER THAT "I CANNOT HEAR YOU". Well today it just got a lot worse. I paid for my drinks while they were being made as normal. When the drinks arrived at the window I saw that they were VERY watery. I said something to the kid at the window and the response "ice machine is acting funny, sorry". Instead of offering a solution or refund just turned back to the window and went about her business. Scooters took full payment for a subpar product and knew there was a failure prior to even making the drinks and never bothered to say anything or even try to fix the issue when given the opportunity to do so. I went here early October got a small pumpkin spice drink for almost $9 for granted I did tell the girls it was my first time there. When I went to check on the app it was completely cheaper then what I was charged. Then I wanted to try the New Iceberry ignite redbull today, I got a medium! On the app it says $6.85 I also have 2$ off coupon(yes it clipped on the app) and it was 7.45 the math aint mathing and the girl even scanned the QR code or atleast pretend too. First time at this Scooter location and it was great! Lovely service and staff! We didn’t try their actual coffee so can’t rate that just yet but we did get one of their seasonal redbull drinks and it looked amazing and tasted interesting. It wasn’t bad at all but redbull with creamer is definitely not something that would come to mind. I got an Iced matcha which I loved as well. Got 2 cake pops Oreo and bday cake which weren’t bad but around $4 for 2 bites. Overall, I would recommend this place especially if you’re just wanting a fun sweet...
