Pizza Harbour — Restaurant in Noblesville

We generally have gotten our pizza more local to where we live, but I had a coupon and decided to drive out of my way to try this place out. This was just a single experience, but there were several things that went the wrong way on this visit. I show up and my order was missing the 2 liter I had added, so I had to ask for it. I then asked if the cheese sauce had been included and they said "yes, it's in the box". I opened box in front of them and it was missing. The service just felt shoddy and disorganized. We don’t go out very often but decided tonight we wanted pizza from Harbour. When I finally got through on the phone I was put on hold. After 12 minutes I hung up because we were almost there. My husband went in to order and they said they were having phone issues. We have been told that before so it sounds like they really need to fix the problem. We were told 20 minutes so my husband went in a little early. The pizza was ready however it was not the thin crust that we ordered but we decided to go with it. It was sweltering heat inside the store. Glad I did not have plans to eat there. The price came out to about $40 and that was with 2 $5 off coupons.

The breadsticks were better than the pizza. They still lacked flavor. Hot Box pizza has them beat in terms of breadsticks.

The pizzas were big and looked great; but that is where the greatness ended. None of my kids nor my wife cared for the pizza. My said it was alright but not great and not worth the price.
