Little Caesars' Pizza — Restaurant in Nogales

Mara & anya? The “managers” won’t replace your meal when they mess it up even though i left a voicemail explaining the situation right away and coming back with a receipt and nicely explaining to them they messed up I would just like my original pizza I paid for. They instead will call you a liar because I didn’t take a photo so they made me drive all the way home to get the messed up pizza to show them. So I brought them back the messed up order so then they agree to replace it finally after seeing they were wrong, then as were leaving they make comments, threaten us and say rude remarks as we’re walking out so I turned around and say you absolutely will not talk to us like that and say disrespectful remarks to a customer when you guys messed it up to begin with. We leave and now the manager (who couldn’t return my original voicemail btw) banned us from the store and has been having his staff prank call me all night.. So that’s what happens when your orders wrong at this location and try to get your order fixed, it’s a joke and corporate needs to seriously take a hard look at how this staff is trained. But seeing that they already have 3 stars and several complaints I’m obviously not the only one this has...

First of all placing an order was frustrating. The young girl who took the call you could tell wasn’t paying attention and she didn’t care about her job. Had to repeat order three times. Then once I arrived girl was just laughing with guy that worked with her while they were quite busy. Horrible customer service. I got home and my Italian cheese bread looked a few days old and like they just poured the side or garlic sauce on top to pass it off. The pizza I ordered was cold on top and hot on bottom and all ingredients were thrown in center! I called up there 7 times and no answer so I called on my daughters phone and it was picked up after second ring. I explained what happened and asked if they wanted order number and that I was coming back and the boy who answered replied, “ you don’t need to I know the order your talking about.” So they knew exactly what they were doing. I, and my entire family and extended family that live here in Rio Rico, will never spend our money at this little ceasars again. Such a waste! The remake was decent in the sense of warmth but still disgusting 🤢 Needless to say our dogs got the order. I do not recommend this place. Save your money. Frozen pizza is better...

I don’t really write reviews and the only reason I’m going to is because Mar is extremely good at what she does. This place would be getting a five star if they were to have more employees running this place. I probably waited 25/30min in drive thru only to find out that Mar was running drive thru, the inside register and taking pizzas out the oven. Good job Mar, you’re very good at multitasking. It is not her fault that no one is there helping her out. I understand people’s frustration (I myself was frustrated) but when I got to the window I noticed she was running this place all by herself.
