The restaurant is located in Paragon Town Center, so there are plenty of parking spots. They just opened, so the system is still incomplete. There’s some confusion in how the restaurant operates. It feels like a mix between a restaurant and a coffee shop, with loud club music playing inside.

The menu offers the variety you’d expect from a restaurant, but there’s no formal seating system. Guests walk in and choose their own seats, like in a coffee shop. There’s also a cashier counter with a screen displaying a limited menu, mainly banh mi sandwiches, drinks, and a few snacks. However, there’s also a full paper menu with a wide range of dishes. Some customers sit down and are handed the full menu by staff, while others go straight to the cashier to order, only to discover there’s more to the menu than what’s shown on the screen. It took us a while to read through everything before placing our order at the counter.

I believe the interior was inherited from the previous business, a bakery coffee shop, which may explain the somewhat confusing setup.

The music inside is mostly dance music and very loud, which doesn’t suit a dining atmosphere.

The food was a mixed experience. We ordered grilled pork banh mi sandwiches, a shellfish dish, and a salad. To my surprise, the grilled pork banh mi was cold, not room temperature, but cold. They apologized and reheated it, but while the bread warmed up, the pork inside remained cold. At that point, we didn’t want to complain again, so my friend just ate it. We had:

2 grilled pork banh mi sandwiches: both were cold. The grilled pork appeared to have been taken straight from the fridge without being properly reheated. Steamed clams with lemongrass and basil: flavorful, but the clams were extremely tiny. Sweet snails with salted egg sauce: tasty, just wished there was more sauce. Boneless chicken feet with soaked lemongrass and kumquat salad: this was also good.

The staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, everything from operations to atmosphere felt a bit disorganized. However, I did enjoy some of the dishes and might come back during the day to see if the music is less loud and to try more items...

Today, and on several previous occasions, I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this restaurant due to one particular young server (slightly effeminate in manner). His attitude was consistently disrespectful and unprofessional.

The first time I dined here, he served my table. When I ordered food and politely asked for extra plates or napkins, he looked visibly annoyed. When it came time to pay, the bill already included a 20% tip. Since I wasn’t sure whether the tip was added or not, I simply asked for clarification. Instead of responding politely, he looked at me with attitude and rudely replied, “Why? Do you think that’s too much or something?” I was shocked by such rudeness, but I chose to let it go, thinking perhaps he was just immature.

However, today’s experience was even worse. When I asked for a to-go box for an entire hotpot that was still full, he only brought me one container, which was clearly insufficient. After I asked for another, he brought two boxes but did so in a passive-aggressive manner—rolling his eyes and shaking his head at me. When I confronted him about his behavior, he arrogantly talked back and asked me, “What are you looking at?” His lack of respect was unbelievable.

It is not only me—many of my friends who have dined here have also shared their frustration with this same server.

I sincerely hope that the owner or management reads this review and provides proper training for their staff. Experiences like this completely ruin what could otherwise be an...

This is the second time I visited this place. First time, the food was really nice and the guy who served us was friendly. But the second time left us with horrendous experience. The staff here seem to have an attitude and lack of professionalism. We have to wait for over 45 minutes, for what, a fried rice and a snack ? And then the grilled lamb took over an hour to made, did you have to wait to defrost the lamb then grill it that’s why it took so long. I did noticed the store were crowded than usual, but at least it is the responsibility of the staff to inform us about the wait time, not letting us sitting straight 45 minutes without apologies. The cashier seems to have an attitude towards us since my friend came to ask for the bill. We are not beggars on the street come begging for food, we pay for what we eat. Please fix your attitude. The first time the server was really nice and he is very attentive. This time...

Found a new spot for hanging out with friends, and I’m so glad I did! I wish I had ordered more oysters, but I guess you can tell I’m a big fan of them by looking at my wall. The medium-sized oysters were just perfect. They were fresh, meaty, and juicy, and not a single one had a fishy smell. It was an amazing experience! I’m not sure what the dish name was, but I think it was “grilled wild boar.” It was delicious! The right amount of spices made the flavor incredible. And the fried okras were amazing too. We definitely need to add that to the appetizer menu. The ballot in tamarind sauce was also delicious. You wouldn’t believe it was ballot. It wasn’t scary at all. And the sea snails in coconut milk? They were very creamy and so good. It was super easy to enjoy. The clams boil in lemongrass was refreshing and meaty. Servers were young but they were very professional. You guys made my night! Keep it up!

Wonderful and completely relaxing environment if you are on the right day to come. So they have a mini live-stage that encourages both non and professional singles come along to sing, mostly Vietnamese tho. Imagine relaxing and singing with your friends after a hectic day, that's a good lit up. Butttttt, the portion of food is so small, even though it's good. Perhaps they’re targeting Vietnamese individuals who wellknown having a relatively small appetite for food. I don’t have any pictures, but here’s a snapshot from my friend’s video. As you can see, the amount of beef is equivalent to the size of two lady fingers bean and cost around $17-18. We spent $60+ per person including tip if you wonder the prices. May the food be half as much as the tranquil music, I might come back.
