This was a few months ago. Not a good experience, we will be avoiding this BK until they get it together. Not very clean (trash overflowing, in parking lot, on floors, tables not washed). Equipment/building not in good working order (broiler stopped working properly, men's restroom out of order, west windows Lyme-encrusted). Speed/quality of service not good (had to wait for cashier to exchange bills, broken broiler caused a 30 minute slowdown, order was wrong, got tired of standing while we waited for a game on the tv to go into overtime & finish). Customer service was deplorable!!!!! We waited as long as 3 construction workers ahead of us by a couple minutes difference. When they finally got their food, they were given several of 2 types of free items & received a sincere apology for their wait. We barely even got an acknowledgment about our wait, & we were actually there in line waiting for these men to order and for the cashier to get change from management for their large bills. The manager, Ashley, treated us poorly, basically accusing us of lying about how long we'd been there waiting for our food (around a half hour for 3 simple items), got annoyed when we pointed out after all that wait they'd messed up one of the sandwiches (the receipt clearly said no mayo), then sharply responded with a comment that gave us the impression she thought we were trying to swindle her or something. It wasn't until we wasted another several minutes trying to explain that we indeed had been sitting there that long, we hadn't been treated equally & showed our receipt & other proof that we were only a couple minutes behind the men who were being given star treatment that, eventually, Ashley did seem to calm down & figure out that we were just trying to understand why there wasn't fairer treatment. At least be less flippant when handing the order to us knowing full well we had waited more than 10 min for what is supposed to be fast food. Guess she didn't realize we'd been there just as long as the other guys & had let her frustrations from the day get to her. Lesson to learn here might be that it is okay to risk losing one little apple pie &/or what you might think is an unneccessary apology to upset customers than to risk losing a customer altogether (like the old adage: you can catch more flies with honey than vinegar). We used to frequent this location on all our trips through the area, but now the nearby Arby's is getting our business instead. Hopefully, this BK will earn back the 4 star rating I originally gave them several years ago, but for this family, not for a long while. We followed this review up with a detailed letter...
Read moreI was visiting Norfolk, NE from Denver, CO... very few places in the Midwest care, or cater to vegetarian keto diet.
Being familiar with BK from home, I rolled thru the drive thru looking for a quick bite. Drive thru attendant was super nice, food came out super quick.
The thing that really got me was the way they packaged my food. I get the same thing literally three or four times a month. NEVER have I seen the care in packaging that I had with this location. Typically my food comes wrapped in paper, smashed up and still delicious.
Much to my surprise I opened my bag and found a BOX, with my sandwich perfectly descuntructed. It might not mean a lot to most, but as a traveler, it meant the world.
10 out of 10 customer service, 10 out of 10 food quality, and 10 out of 10 overall experience. Thank you Ashley and team. Best BK...
Read moreI was just at through the drive through . I had cups in my cup holder, I asked the lady to throw them out for me. She said she would. I handed her a mcdonalds cup(because Burger King is not the only fast food place.) And she refused to throw them away. Now I really dont think that the logo on the cup should matter, where i was spendong my money as of that moment was at burger king. This is not good custmer service, and i will be limiting my expenditures at that specific location. This is how you vote with your dollars and that store manager had not trained her employees very well. If this is a policy that all burger kings emplore then I might like to note, that this is not a sustainable buisness model. If you refuse to throw a way a CUP, why would somebody want to give you there hard...
