Runza Restaurant — Restaurant in Norfolk

So we went through the drive thru passing through town today. Three cars in front of us and small line inside at the counter when we passed the front doors. Waited 17 minutes from the time of our order until we got our food. Got our drinks and one was flat (tasted like soda water). They had us pull forward to wait for our food. Order was (2) kids cheeseburger meals, drinks ,fries, a two other off the menu meals. I was polite in asking the person who came out and delivered our order and asked for a discount..since I had to wait almost 20 minutes for four standard meals. Not sure if they are understaffed but I was not pleased on waiting for that long. However, the lady came back out with a fresh drink and the refunded out our meals. I hope they either can get help or get faster. Never one to complain but almost 20 mins for drive thru is ridiculously stupid at 830pm on a Sunday night. My boyfriend recently went to runza through the drive thru. I texted him what I wanted him to order for me. One of the orders included "no cheese." The workers gave him my order with cheese. He noticed this and went back through, politely informing the workers of the mistake. Normally, any other place would apologize and give us a new order. Not here. They were making a big deal about it saying he was wrong. He had to lie and say I was pregnant and hated cheese in order for them to fix THEIR mistake THEN they messed up his drink order and made him pay for a new one. I'm not coming here again if this is what they call customer service. Messing up orders and blaming the customers on them. I have always been understanding and polite in situations like this because I know what it's like. But this just wasn't acceptable....

I went through the drive through on birthday last Tuesday and I was wanting to get a twist cone. this twist cone with the best and the thickest cone ever was so creamy and delicious and this really nice lady that has been working there since I was like 4 gave me this ice cream cone. I think she would be the manager by now but I'm not sure. I really want to give her a compliment and a tip if she was there but I have had no time. the last time I saw her when I was 4 I complained to my mom that I wanted a cone in the back seat of the car and she told me no but when we got to the drive through the lady gave me an ice cream cone anyway and it was free.
