Wow. What a horrible place. Took my kids and walked in from my hotel next door. We stood waiting to order for about 10-15 minutes with only 1 person ahead of us. Another gentleman in line got frustrated and left. They seemed indifferent to it and that should’ve been my que. instead finally, I and ordered a pizza and wings. Simple order(?). They said 15 minutes. I went next door and waited and then came back 20 min later. Stood there for close to 15 minutes why they handled a few unhappy customer complaints. I asked if my order was ready and the lady mumbles that she’s been busy with complaints and she will get it ready. She then goes to a pizza that’s been sitting in the counter with just sauce on it and asks me “what was I getting on it”. Are you kidding. It’s not even made much less cooking? It’s been undone on warm counter for 25-30 min. I just asked for money to be put back on card which she said was done (let’s hope $34). And I walked next door and ordered same thing for $24 at Calz. Have no idea how this place is open. Can’t imagine they make any money....

The Hampton Blvd location is definitely not worth the money. First we ordered the $40 family deal. We received cinnamon bites without cinnamon. We also didn’t receive icing for them.
We decided to give them a second chance and order something different. Unfortunately we were unsatisfied with the results. We received cheese sticks with a few sprinkles of cheese, some if which was unmelted. We received wings that looked like they had been boiled with a light drizzle of buffalo sauce. The kicker was the cinnamon bites. When I opened them they had a hint of garlic. I was so confused! I took a bite of it and it was a garlic knot with lightly sprinkled sugar. Read moreI called Chanellos on Hampton Blvd so I could buy pizza like a regular customer, and I work at Pioneer Vapes right acrossed the street, and they asked "will this be going to Vape Exotics?" (Which is another vape shop next to my store) and I said "no, it will be going to Pioneer Vapes right next door" and the lady responded with "Ew why are you there?" So I told her "um... because I work here. Is there a problem?" And she proceeded to laugh and say "No problem" so I spoke with the manager and she said to me "well they all go to vape exotics so that's why she said that." And didn't apologize to me or anything.
