Where should I start. If I could give zero stars I would.

I was driving through the area, coming from Williamsburg and thought I should try this place out. As soon as I walked in I was treated disrespectfully. Didn't wait on me right away. When escorting me to my seat I could feel, and see animosity towards me for no reason. It almost seemed like my waiter was treating me badly just so that I would leave, but I stayed. After this initial treatment I should of left right away. I was nice, cordial, wasn't rude. I have never been to this establishment. I asked for a miso soup, and a green tea, the tea was luke warm, when it was supposed to be hot. She told me i never ordered miso soup, which was a lie. When she would come to my table, the energy was like what do you want now. The sushi was terrible, it looked nothing like the picture displayed. And it didn't taste fresh at all. And the waiter had a terrible attitude, was impatient, and was very short, unprofessional. During service the waiter would sit down eat food, not wash their hands, and then serve you your food. Thats unprofessional, and unsanitary. I didn't leave a tip because of the terrible food, and service. I came to pick up a pickup ordet The older gentleman that usually helps me is extremely nice however I don't know where they got this young girl from but she is extremely rude and nasty. I came in to pick up a mobile order the older gentleman and another gentleman standing beside him immediately acknowledge me and asked if I had a pickup order and who it was for they were at the bar that's not close to the door so I went to tell them who I was picking up for as I began to approach and tell them this girl came out of the kitchen very nasty telling me to back up and go back up to the front that is where I'm to wait I tried explaining to her that I was asked by the older gentleman at the bar who I was picking up for she said it doesn't matter you're to wait up front. By this time the older gentleman seeing what was going on and asked me what was wrong and I told him I'm trying to answer you but she's being really rude and nasty I went back up front waiting on the order she can't stop being up there literally gave me this nasty attitude let me see before I hand it to you. I sure did the phone so I can get the order but I want the owner to realize that young girl does not need to be anywhere helping the customers she's...

The sushi was ok. The pieces were huge, mostly so you fill up on rice for all you can eat. Some rolls were better than others. The grease was fresh which was good because there are a ton of frid and cooked options. The Tempura was fried kind of hard for my liking. Most of the fried options, like spring rolls, rangoon and cooked rolls were too hard for myself or my husband to enjoy. The robot that delivers the appetizers is cool but that doesn't make up for the inattentive unfriendly service. We probably will not be back. I do think the all you can eat option is a great deal, so it's a shame that the service didn't match. When we first arrived, the gentleman greeted my husband and I and asked if it was our first visit. We said yes and he told us about the AYCE option. That was the only friendly moment we had. The rest of the time we were there we had a young lady as our server and she seemed like she did not want to be there. She was on the cusp of being rude. Even the robot asked her to move because it had work to do. I can't make this stuff up. I wish we had a better experience. The restaurant seemed clean and was spacious.
