For the prices being charged by this establishment, which have skyrocketed by 250% compared to 2019 due to pandemic price gouging, I must say I am no longer inclined to spend my hard-earned $35 on food at Taco Bell. It's disheartening to witness such a significant increase in prices, especially in a time when people are already facing financial strains.
When I think about a dining experience that offers good value for money, Taco Bell used to come to mind. However, with the recent price hikes, it feels as though they have lost touch with the needs and expectations of their customers. While I understand that businesses have their own challenges to navigate, expecting patrons to pay such exorbitant prices seems unreasonable.
Instead, I have decided to explore other options. IHOP, for instance, has always had a reputation for affordable and satisfying meals. Their vast menu, including breakfast favorites, lunch classics, and delectable dinner options, offers something for everyone. Their couples dining deal, with two full meals and appetizers, is not only appealing but also provides great value.
With IHOP, I can enjoy a wide selection of dishes, from their fluffy pancakes and omelettes to their mouthwatering burgers and steaks, all at a reasonable price. Plus, the welcoming atmosphere and attentive service further enhance the overall dining experience.
By choosing IHOP over Taco Bell, I feel confident that I am making a wise decision for my taste buds and my wallet. Their commitment to providing quality food at affordable prices is commendable, especially in these challenging times.
So, if I am going to spend my $35 on a satisfying meal, it won't be at Taco Bell. Instead, I'll gladly head to IHOP for their delicious offerings and...
Read moreI'm giving this a one star review not because of the food but for bad customer service today MAY 22 2019 around 11:50pm. I tried to order a crunch wrap supreme and upgrade it to nachos cheese doritos like I always do because all they have to do is charge me extra 30 or 60 cents and break the taco shell in half and put it in the crunch wrap instead of placing a regular shell inside. The lady who was taking my order said they can't do it and it's not possible and all that making me sound stupid. Like wow I never ordered here before probably 100 times the same item, SAME UPGRADE, in the same location and almost the same time of the day I usually order because of my work hours and she's the only one whoever said there's no such thing so i just said nvm because clearly she's not even trying, was being rude and I just want to eat my food and finish that conversation.
Oh btw she never even hand me a copy of my receipt, I don’t even know if she printed it out. If I didn’t have a few people behind me on the drive thru I will ask for a copy so I can properly do a review on that transaction. Got me thinking if she did that on purpose cause I usually get a copy every time they hand my card...
Read moreHusband and I went through drive through tonight. Place the very first part of our order, literally one item, and the man said “is that all?” My husband politely told the employee that we had several more items to order. Tried to order another regular menu item, they don’t have it, but put something else up on the screen. It’s whatever, we have someone who will eat it anyway. Every time my husband orders a single item the employee says “is that all?”. Sir, we will let you know when we are done! We don’t need attitude when we are being polite.
My husband completes his order and we pull around. The food comes out and we get home within 5 minutes. We start passing out the food and my food is missing entirely. Can’t get anyone on the phone, and I wouldn’t want to anyway. I’d be afraid to have my food spit in.
Really wish the staff would quit being so impatient when we are placing orders, especially when the customer...
