Full disclosure, I haven't started eating yet so I can't comment on the taste. But these first two points somewhat upset me so I'm posting this before I even eat. First off I remember seeing a comment talking about the packaging and I have to agree with that. Now this could be on the delivery driver, but I ordered the sweet tea and when I got my order they were sweet tea all over the bag. The tea had leaked onto the other foods, and I think more care should be taken when packaging this.
Next, actually more of an issue to me, was that apparently the restaurant was out of the item I ordered, instead of someone from the restaurant calling and seeing if I want to replace the item, they just sent the delivery driver to my hotel and told him that they would take three dollars off. That specific item was for another person, and it was all that they wanted. So now we have to find something else for them. In the future please call your customers and see if they would like to...
Read moreBy far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered 2 small shrimp lo mein plates, one with no vegetables and one with. I ordered them for delivery and was told it would be 45 minutes for delivery. Over an hour goes by before the food is delivered. Both of the orders had vegetables and onions. I called them and the lady on the phone argued with me and said I didn’t order no vegetables. The container even had “no onions” written on it. She argues and argues and then tells me to hold on. I hear her screaming to her coworkers in the background before a man gets on the phone. I explained to him what was going on and he said I could bring it back and they will remake it. I ordered delivery because I didn’t want to go out. So I drove to the restaurant and returned the whole order for a refund. Went to No. 1 Chinese off of Military Hwy and was treated way better and was also charged $10 less. 10/10 would NOT...
Read moreI went here when it was still J.C sushi. was Disappointed when it was bought out, but eh, let's see how this one fairs.
Right off the bat, I was saddened that they didn't sell any of the sushi that made the old place (to me) popular. But their other selections made up for this.
you get the usual staple dishes: Kung Pao, General tso's, fried rice, etc. But a couple of things stuck out to me. For one, this place also makes cheeseburgers, subs, and a few other american dishes. They also have honey wings, and spicy wings and lupia. Their selection of drinks is also pretty solid and If I remember correctly, during the hotter months they also have shakes (needs clarification.). The food is hot, good, and never over seasoned. My only complaint is the lack of sushi. XD but that's a personal grievance that I will have to live with.
