Normally I have a great experience with this place, however today I ordered an Oriental Chicken wrap like I have for years. I always substitute field greens for the rice and salsa and ask for extra Oriental dressing on the side. This time I had to pay $0.60 to add the field greens (even though I substituted both the rice and salsa) and didn't receive ANY dressing at all. Either on the side or INSIDE which is part of the wrap. I called to let them know there was no dressing at all (the wrap is too dry to eat without the dressing.) The girl on the phone said I have to pay for the extra dressing. I said, that's fine, I didn't receive extra OR any on the inside of the wrap. She asked her coworker who made the wrap if she put any inside the wrap and her coworker insisted she did. Again, I have been ordering from this place for years and I know what goes inside this wrap. I placed a large order for sandwiches and salads to be delivered to a hospital for nurses week. The delivery person left food at front door after being tipped about $30 for delivery.
