McDonald's — Restaurant in Norfolk

Hello my name is Jillian I just wanted to say that I received great customer service at your location my family loves macdonalds we eat there faithfully but the one we normally go to are always rude and we never get what we ordered so lastnight around about 7 I decided to go to the second closest which would be you guys when I pulled up I was greeted she spoke with a warm friendly tone ,she worked with me as my children was Making a lot of noise when I got to the window she had a simile on her face and ask me how was I doing I believe her name was Ashley or angle I kind of was listening to her coworkers calLing her ,well I knew she was new because she had on all black lol but she did an excellent job and went above and beyond for us and with the help of the lady who was there helping her she even asked me was there any thing else to help me with I then pulled up to the second window very friendly, I received my food very quickly the young lady ask me did I need any sauce which was weird because I'm used to using what every they throw in it when she handed it out her last words were thankyou and Come again I had to write a review on my experience lastnight because it made my...

literally the worst experience at any diner i've had in my entire life. staff do not care about the customers, there's reviews going back 4 YEARS about staff attitude. have been to this place many times and it's never changed. the food is far more likely to be cold than warm. the wait times are absolutely insane. don't even think about telling staff that your food has sat too long and needs to be replaced, they WILL roll there eyes, complain to you that it has sat on the heater so it's fine, and then toss your fries back in the fryer for a second time. not a single employee wants to be there and not a single employee earns there wage. once you've sat for an hour for cold or double deep fried french fries and chicken nuggets that could double as chewing gum, and regret that you've spent $20 on garbage that is somehow worse than something you could have gotten out of your neighbors garbage can, you'll understand. this has got to be the absolute worst establishment in the entirety of the country. oh, and don't even think about contacting costumer service, they will never get...

terrible the service was just a joke, i ordered uber eats and my order ended up coming to me wrong, old, uncooked and i even found a piece of plastic in one of the chicken nuggets! another time they were unavailable and so i called and asked if they were open and the manager hung up on me, i thought "oh i might have hit the end button, im going to call back and apologize" and i called and he hung up on me again, i got my husband to call and he talked to him for a second but then hung up on him, HE WAS SO RUDE! i then called and said id like to talk to the manager (at the time i didn't know it was him) and he said i am and i said well i want your name and im going to complain about how rude he was acting i was so appalled by his attitude and he refused to give me his name. i will NEVER come back to this place and i will 100% tell other people to avoid it~ it sucks because they are so close to the military base that you would expect some respect from them but no, they just want to wave the...
