T's Seafood — Restaurant in Norfolk

04/11/25 , I craved a pair of fried grabs when steam is my preference. I went in at 6:15p (they close at 7p). Ordered crabs & $9.99 worth of fish. Got home and learned they cooked food in old oil & fish was a little burnt. I took food back the next morning and requested they re-cook same in fresh oil. I wasn't looking for a refund, just a quality meal for the $20 l paid. Low and behold, the lady I spoke with and showed my order to, when and got the owner. She looked at my food as well, walked away speaking her language to lady initially assisting me. This is when lady assisting me said they couldn't help me. I said ok, then can I place a brand new order? The owner again spoke something in her language and lady assisting me stated they didn't want my money. WOW!!! Well, they won't ever have to worry about me...

Fourth of July so we ordered 3 days ahead. Paid in full. Arrived the day and time they promised the order would be ready and the order was not ready. The owner said it'll be ready in 15min. I left and came back to a line wrapped out the building. When I asked for my order he said another 20mins. Are you serious!??!!!!! I ordered 3 days ago. You didn't hesitate to take my money. I asked for a discount for my inconvenience. By now it's been an hour. He says no. Other customers began to speak up. They were waiting longer than me. Twice I purchased and was unhappy. The first time he refused to sell anything but snow crab clusters. For 47.00 I received mushy hollow tiny pieces of clusters. I returned them for a full refund. About a month later I purchased blue crabs his wife initially attempted to charge me 32.00 for 1 dozen. When I asked why a dozen crabs would be so high she stated crabs are hard to get but quoted me a new price of 22.00. Once I got my purchase home I found the crabs to be watery, hollow and very small. At this point between the poor customer service and poor product I will not be returning here...
