Let me tell you how happy I am with Totally Love N Dreamy Cakes … My sons birthday is two days after Christmas and I literally called 12 bakery’s trying to order him a cake and every single one said that they will be closed for after the holiday. Was about to give up when I thought “well one more call”. And how lucky I was when I got in touch with Toya from Totally Love N Dreamy Cakes. I asked if she would be open on the 27th of December and she said “yes sir” I than asked if she could make me a strawberry cake that actually looked like a strawberry she simply replied yes sir and asked how many would be at his party and at the time I wasn’t quite sure but she said we could make it for 24 to 48 and I knew than that that would be plenty. I’m old school and she very easily walked me step by step through the payment process using one of those apps and that went perfect!!! But then came the day to pick up the cake and oh my word how absolutely cool so very life like this cake was !!!! I was totally shocked !!!! I even had tears in my eyes when I walked in my house and told my wife how happy my son is going to be. From start to finish the experience was perfect!!!! So please take my word… this lady is a PRO!!!! She even gave me a courtesy text to remind me of the pick up time! And of course it tasted so darn good!!!! Totally Love N Dreamy Cakes LLC customer service is the best that I have experienced. I ordered cupcakes for my birthday. I told Latoya to just freestyle she asked what was my favorite color I told her purple. These cupcakes are beautiful and delicious of course. I got strawberry and rocking raspberry bliss. This is my second time ordering from her and will continue to do so. Last year I got a 10' two tier cake for my birthday. The customer service is awesome and very professional. The best experience ever! From the very moment we spoke Mrs. LaToya she treated me very well when it came to understanding what I wanted and needed down to the very fine details. LaToya is a kind, courteous and respectful person. The cake was gorgeous and delicious, the super moist, the flavors were smooth and worked well together, the icing and decoration was above and beyond my request.
