I have never written a review before but I am compelled to write a review because I cannot express enough how upset I am at this location that I have to write this review. 1.) The lady at the intercom told me that it was a 10-15 minutes wait. I said that’s fine. As I LOOOVE Wendy’s and 10-15 minutes wait is nothing. It has probably been a minute or 2 when the lady returned to take my order. 2.) I was asking about the promotion that they are offering on the mobile app to make sure that I use it correctly and she was not happy about it because it sounds like all she wanted to do was take my order to get rid of me. 3.) As I try to place my order - I was informed that they do not have the bourbon chicken sandwich. I was confused what she meant - and she said they do not have the sauce and continued to inform me that they do not have 3 other items that is on the menu. 4.) She was so rude that instead of listening to my order she kept interrupting me so I had to repeat myself multiple times because she kept interrupting me as I place my order. 5.) There was no greeting at all when I got to the window. I mean I’m not even surprised. Also at this point, I didn’t even get to use the promotion I was trying to use because she did not even answer my question in the first place because all she wanted to do was interrupt me and get me out of the drive-thru. 6.) I asked for a receipt and was informed that they are out of receipt paper. 7.) They have domino’s boxes on the counter. I believe that this is unsanitary. Are they eating while serving food? I don’t understand. 8.) Guaranteed hot and crispy fries? Forget about it. Not today.
Overall… this is not the first time all these concerns had happened. This is a repetition at this location - they tell you that it will be such wait (but not really) as if they’re just trying to see if a customer would wait or leave (because maybe they do not want to work? I don’t know). They are always out of something. From sandwiches to salads to bake potatoes to cookies. Just always out of something. Even receipt paper. If I spend over $20/$30 every time I come here. I would want my receipt. RUDE RUDE RUDE EMPLOYEES.

Read moreOrdered a Dave's Double combo and a medium chocolate Frosty. I was told to pull around to get my total. When I pulled around there was a pickup truck stopped about 2 car lengths back from the widow and the driver was looking down, I blew my horn and he told me they told him to wait back here. I guess they were tricking the time at window timer? They waved him up and handed him food out the window. I pulled up and was told my total was $14.09. I handed my credit card to the young light skinned girl and asked her if that total was correct. She snapped back that everything had gone up"You know inflation and shortages". She handed me sack and turned to leave(no napkins or condiments). I ask her for my receipt, the other lady started looking at the long register tape ,found mine and wadded it up and handed it to me. I drove back around to menu to check (though I could be wrong) . Dave's Double was 8.89, I was charged 10.09. I drove back to the drive up window and ask the young girl about my overcharge. She snatched the receipt from me and stormed off. An older black guy came to the window and was very nice. He told me they had charged me for a large combo and he refunded me $2. This wouldn't have been such a big deal if the young girl hadn't talked down and snapped at me. Now on to the food. I usually don't get a combo at Windys because your FFs suck. My wife had seen a commerical about Wendy's changing their FFs and they were better than McDonald's. But I got the same old crappy FF greasy and limp like they were made last night. Sorry I don't have a receipt to reference, they never gave it back to me. But this happened around 3PM...
Read moreFrosty was good. Cynthia, the cashier was polite and professional. But the manager, who did not directly speak to me, in front of more than 9 customers, shamed Cynthia in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. For one, someone with that type of “attitude” should not be working in a supervisory position. All of the staff were so nice and fast. But Nya, the manager at the time, is a total douche. You don’t talk to people like that. Cynthia was doing her best but she forgot and instead of just saying, “hey, you got this Cynthia, I believe in you, do better” type of re-enforcement, she belittles her and screams loud enough for the entire area of people to hear “Cynthia, I’m tired of telling you this. Ask them dine in or take out. Don’t make me have to tell you again because I’m sick of having to tell you this over and over again. Don’t mess up again. Don’t make me have to repeat myself!”. Cynthia was atleast 50 years old. Supervisors need patience. Get rid of Nya. She probably brings something good to the table, but based on how everyone in the line looked and everyone asked Cynthia was she ok and told her that her day will get better, it’s obvious that no one agrees with her and the rest of the staff just tried to Lee their heads down. Wendy’s has been known for good food for with a good experience, but the experience today was one I know Wendy’s would not be proud of.
