Burger King — Restaurant in Normal

I walk in and it was 2 white guys and 1 white woman who came to fight a black employee about him disrespecting his wife. I was filming the incident and a employee told me I can't film. This was horrible and at risk to all the employees and customers who was at the store eating or working. Sad. 8-1-2022 Cashier in burger King was talking crazy to a black woman after she placed her order. The woman in the drive up was bring disrespecting the customer after placing a order. Customer ask the cashier to repeat the order. The cashier continued to take orders after asked to repeat order. The manager was rude saying she was the manager but don't work their. The cashier told her the lady place the wrong order which was not truth customer asked for a bacon king 2 whoppers and order if fries. The drive up cashier has a problem with many who come to buy a burger or order in burger King. The white lady was rude which again almost a fight. Cashier even gave the customer the wrong change after the customer ask for her money back after manager said she must wait because she change the order. Which the customer didn't give the...

On 2/3/24 @ noon. I drove to Burger King because I thought about getting a burger after work. Bacon King burger. I ordered it during drive thru hours and didn't receive it after ordering it. I received an excuse and not the burger I ordered. The manager mentioned that she spoke to the cooks about having no Bacon King sauce because they ran out. That she substitute it with mayonnaise instead. Not understanding that she had substituted the entire burger. Not understanding the situation clearly enough because of fatigue and getting off work. The manager shouldn't have any issues of placing an order but instead gave me a cheese burger with mayonnaise instead because she failed to speak loude in person or on the intercom. I was the only drive thru customer in that line until a white car with a couple pulls up from behind me. What was their excuse for not saying anything when I was at the intercom then? Since there wasn't no excuses for having to wait atleast 7 or more minutes when it wasn't busy to wait for my meal. Why would it...

Today I stopped in for a whopper at the Normal, Illinois store. I also ordered hash rounds and oj. The person who took my order took about 4 minutes to take my order at the drive-thru and was cordial, but never responded to my hello nor thank you, just stared at me with every interaction. My order was made fast and the whopper was perfect. However, when I went to eat a hash round, my hand came out of the bag with grease all over it. I looked down and I see standing grease on my leather seats, grease-soaked bag at the bottom and sides, the cardboard for the hash rounds had standing thick oil running down the inside that hadn't yet soaked into the cardboard. There is nothing that can be done to get me to come back to this store, which was one of my top 3 central Illinois stores to come to for whoppers. I will still go to the others until something like this happens.

The amount of grease in this bag was gross negligence...I simply think of a better way to say this...
