University Center — Local services in Normal

The Biometrics location no longer has a DCFS foster care child fingerprinting contract...so it was a completely wasted drive to town. Not actually their fault but I had three children and she wasnt very nice or helpful on who did get the contract. The web seems to think they are a top notch firm. It could just be another IL government unpaid bill or some such issue. I'm posting this info so other foster parents dont waste time or energy. This not University Centers only business...

This is the best store, they have everything assorted with seasonal things, it is very clean and tidy. It has many things for home decoration.
