If you want your food right avoid this place at all cost drive to Westside IHOP for better. It is legitimately a joke at this point we go every Monday and the previous last three times we’ve gone our orders were messed up. We started calling in instead of going up there the last two times I called in my order was messed up. I get the same thing every single time the spicy poblano burrito. They always take out the poblano‘s and Serano peppers when that’s not what I want. I specifically request no onions and no red bell peppers but I do want the spicy poblano and Serrano. Somehow they always take it all out instead of leaving the spicy peppers. I’ve explained it every possible way every single time I’ve ordered hoping that maybe they’ll get it right. Today was the biggest joke I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. Called in the order verbatim said spicy poblano burrito please no bell peppers or onions but leave the Serano and poblano the lady even repeated it back to me I also got a split decision for my husband instead of French toast he wanted biscuits and gravy sub. I get there I asked to pay, The lady said let me get my manager. They brought the food out I looked at it and they gave me an omelette instead of a burrito. He took it back. Then I looked at my husband‘s food and they also forgot his pancakes and biscuits and gravy. So they took everything back. The younger boy working brought my food back up there I said is the burrito done like I asked he said yes there’s peppers in it. Then I noticed they also forgot gravy again but had the biscuits. Another lady brought out the gravy and handed me the bag to go. Said have a good day. Get it home open it up the burrito has no peppers once again like for the sixth time. My husband‘s food ended up being correct fortunately but it is literally like a joke at this point it’s just utterly ridiculous they can’t get one burrito right ever. We were coming weekly, we will definitely never eat here or order here again at eastside. It’s sad. No one was rude but you can tell there’s a communication barrier between cooks...
Read moreI personally am a huge Ihop fan. The wait staff here are wonderful and sweet. Tonight this location took to long to prepare a plate of nachos for a friend of mine... nachos... Which is fine, we are normally understanding about such things, not a big deal. When we asked for the ticket to be comped, which we asked politely, for our friend which I will add the wait staff pushed to happen for us, the manager on duty came out and asked what was going on, said he could only discount it, and had a very confrontational manner, and did not identify himself. He went on to explain how they prepare the tickets in order and they just now got it. It wasn't until our friend found a hair in his food once he finally got it, they comped the ticket for him, which appeared to be from the same confrontational manager. Speaking as a customer service representative for a major US corporation and US Marine veteran, the "manager" handled this terribly, you do not give these kinds of excuses to customers, especially when you are standing off with them over a 9 dollar plate of food that is essentially corn chips, eggs, cheese, and tomato tossed in a microwave. Manager is in need of remedial training in customer service. Again, as a US Marine, if he wants to stand off with a customer again I'm happy to oblige. 2 stars only for how nice our waitress was,...
Read moreThis place has continued to have issues. Over the past few months anytime we’ve gone it’s taken forever to get our food and when we did it was cold and/or overcooked. This time it didn’t take us forever but things were wrong, and once again things came out burnt. We were there around 7pm, which is during the I happy hour time and order stuff from that menu. When we got the check it was $70+ for only 3 people. We looked at it and things were all rung in wrong. We were charged for a full order of pancakes that was ordered as a side and then rang in incorrectly (we told the waitress this and she said it may have gotten mixed up with another table but it was fine and we could keep them), something that was ordered from the snacks happy hour was rung in as a full meal instead of the snack version and then 2 orders of appetizers from the same menu were rung in full price as well. When we asked we were told that the prices only apply during happy hour and were told that was from 3-6 by the manager. We told them the menu said 3-9, we ended up being correct and got that fixed as well as a few other mistakes on the bill but not all of them and still ended up being over charged $10, it wasn’t worth it to get it fixed a 3rd time also we paid and left. Needless to say we won’t be going to this...
