When I pulled up to the speaker. It was so loud. It sounded like she was yelling at me and she said wait. When she finally came back to the speaker, I said I had an order to pick up and before I could even finish speaking, she said pull the second window and basically interrupted me. There was only One other car in line so even if they’re shorthanded, it’s not like they were busy. The order took over 20 minutes to get out and the lady was very rude. She had dark colored hair with blonde in the front. She was an older lady with red glasses red rims, and glasses were black on the sides. Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had picking up an order. I’ve never been yelled at and interrupted when I was nicely asking for anything. I can see why this Jack in the box has such low ratings. I will never come to this Jack-in-the-Box again.
Again I’m dashing here and they would not give me a bag they said they are not allowed to hang out bags with the box mean but now I have to carry all this food and drinks upstairs with sauces and ketchup the customer asked for with no bag… I don’t understand why everyone who works here is so rude. We went through the drive thru last week and the car in front of us was passing a joint back and forth to two of the employees, who were smoking it while inside of the drive thru window. The manager even came up and told them to knock it off because he could smell it at the back of the store. We reached out to support to let them know, and try to get assistance with the app, as we havent been able to finalize an order for weeks. We have yet to hear back from them other than getting several more ads for discounts using an app that does not work for us.
I have no issues with what employees do on breaks, but smoking in the building is just too much. We won't be back to this location until something changes. It is the only location near us. If they disregard these health violations so blatantly in front of other people, what do they do when not being watched.
Edit: As mentioned, we have already filled out a support form last week, included information from our receipt, email and phone number. No contact yet back from it.
Edit 2: Over a year later. We never did hear back, even from corporate. We reached out a few times before giving up. Sadly, with Corporate not even reaching back, we have decided to not return to any locations, and haven't since...
Read moreMy family and friends have gone to this location several times. For a while, we were weekly customers. During thise times thevstaff was friendly and food fresh. Hiwerve after work around 12:30am I had gone there to get a burger, tacos, drink and fries. It ro55ok about 15-20 minutes for me to get my food. I didn't mind waiting because I like hot fresh food. However, tge fries were cold....not warm, but cold! The person working the window (I believe manager) appologized and asked me to move forward. She said she would bring my food out to me. I waited there for about 10-15 minutes. I recieved hoter fries and when I arrived home I gave my husband his burger and I could bit believe it but, the guy cooking did not put my burger inbetween the buns. There was lettuce, pickles, onions but no burger!!! I called and the lady said she believes me because I was not tge only one. She said if i brought it back i coukd get a free burger, but tgat is ridiculous!!!
