This location is absolutely horrible. The staff is disrespectful. Customer service does not exist. I place a mobile order through the app (that I’ve done several times at other locations) at 7:26am asap order is 5-7min, I get there 10min later check in, about 5min later it says carhops is bringing my order, fast forward to 30min later, I called the store and the girl answers with an attitude and says there’s only 2 people working and they’re backed up I ask why it said my order was on the way out she said she didn’t know and would not give me an update on my order. Then I see 5 cars pull up afterward and immediately receive their food. I ask the girl about a refund and she said I’d have to go through the app which I didn’t know but asked her about my order and she said I don’t know about your order, well you do but for whatever reason you all were able to serve every other customer except for myself and the guy next to me. If you messed up fix your mistake. Also it’s probably best if there’s only 2 of you to not go hangout in the parking lot. Luckily I was able to get a refund instantly from the very helpful customer service lady from the app. This location is horrible and needs help. I know it’s hard to find good help these days but the people you have working right now need training especially on attitudes. Read moreI went to get take out tonight. The drive thru was closed so I pulled into a spot to order. A man took my order without any issues. About 5 mins later I noticed a young lady (long dark hair Asian I didn't get a name?) walking up behind my car, so I started rolling my window down. When it was about 1/2 way down I turned to look at the sonic employee and saw she was glaring at me. When the window was all the way down she loudly and aggressively asked if this is my order and started calling out the order. I said "yes" (which was the only thing I said to her). She shoved my bag of food and drink at me. I turned away and started rolling my window back up. She then proceeded to loudly, with a hateful tone say "have a good night" three times. I turned to look at her again and she was still glaring at me. I called into the store and asked for a manager and the same man who took my order said, "I'm a manager". I then asked him if there was a reason his employee was acting like that as I didn't do anything to her to warrant that behavior and he simply said "no I'm sorry". To top off this extremely poor service both of our burgers were burnt and not even warm. The tater tots weren't warm either. So I got hateful attitude and old food. Read moreWell I hate I had to drop my rating for this Sonic. But, Sunday morning I ordered from the online app arrived about 7 minutes later. I had ordered the Sonic sausage, egg and cheese croissant sandwich it is approximately 8:00 in the morning. When I arrived only one other vehicle was there waiting. Shortly after the other vehicles order was brought out and I was left as the only vehicle in the parking stalls. Approximately 8-10 minutes later the car hop delivered my order, on her note she was very pleasant and had a great smile. I always leave a tip through the app, and thanked her for bringing my food order. I left as I was in a hurry to get to my location. While on the highway I opened the bag, bring out the breakfast sandwich and immediately noticed the sandwich was barley warm. No problem I thought, I unwrapped the sandwich to find the bread was so old and hard it was not edible. So I take the top bread layer off to discover there is no cheese. I ended up eating just the sausage and egg. I hope they do better in the future, I stop at this location often and would hate to go across the street...
