I ordered a pizza and parm bites through app at 4:34pm. An hour and a half went by and my order tracker still said “prepping”. I see the tracker update to “quality check” at 5:27pm. After an hour of “quality checking” my pizza I decide to call. I waited on hold for 8 mins and finally gave up and hung up the phone. I receive a text at 6:34pm that the driver left the store and was on the way. At 6:56pm I get a text that the driver entered my neighborhood. At 7:12pm I still don’t see the driver or hear anything. I’m constantly checking outside and there’s nothing. I call the store and get ahold of someone and i told them what was going on and said that it had almost be 3 hours since i ordered and wanted to know what was going on. Not once did this lady apologize or have any sympathy. All she kept saying was it’s on the way. At 7:30pm I get a text saying my order was delivered. I never got my food! I called dominos back and once again couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Thank god my credit card let me dispute the charge. I will never ever order from this location again! Read moreI’ve ordered from this Dominos many times and never had a big issue. But, I ordered last night late at 10:30. The tracker which I believe is a joke said it was being prepared for like an hour, no progress. I called the store because I knew it was close to closing. No one answered. Called multiple times with no answer. I couldn’t report an issue with my order because according to the tracker it wasn’t delivered yet. I assumed the store was closed but annoyed the app let me order anyway. So called this morning to explain and get my money back. Come to find out the night team just doesn’t answer the phone and cancels orders. The guy said that every morning he has to handle calls from people like me that the night team ignores. So don’t order from this Main St location guys!!!!! Hope they get better employees soon. Anyone recommend a better location near 19401???

Upon walking in, there seemed to be a young man whom one could assume was a manager (since he was giving orders) but the two very slow workers were not really minding him. The kitchen area was is in severe disarray. There was a cleaning bucked and dirty rag on the outside counter. When another customer came in one of the workers walked right past him even though the second worker was busy working away from the register. The customer, frustrated he called to the worker to get their attention who then appeared to be annoyed. So, back to the cleaning bucket when the delivery worker came in they eyed me ( 🤷♀️ ) not sure why but definitely felt uncomfortable. They mentioned to the worker who didn't want to help the customer, that there is a cleaning bucket and dirty rag out here. That worker replied "yeah I know" then they started talking about a security door being stuck; completely ignoring the bucket. I wonder if the security door not opening is a fire...
