I ate here and after I payed the 18.90 total my little brothers wanted more, so i gave them 20 $ for more platters and after they ordered I left. after a half hour past and no food was being made for them and they asked why and cashier insisted that they had only paid once. They dont give out receipts so they left double paid and still hungry. Upon hearing what happened I came back to jules to talk to the staff and they began berating me I never paid them and that they would not refund the extra amount. We love this place! My daughter orders a steak with fried onions, mayo, & ketchup. I get the double cheese burger royal with fried onions, mayo, & ketchup. My grandson got the nuggets & fries. It can get crowded, but it's always worth the wait! They have chips & sodas as well as Arizona teas & drinks. This is ABSOLUTELY the place to visit if you're in Norristown! The food here is great. Flavorful and cooked to perfection. The homemade lemonade is truly homemade and delicious. I love the regular lemonade but they have other flavors as well.
