Elmwood Park — Attraction in Norristown

Elmwood park is a very nice and pleasant green place in Norristown. It is an outdoor natural wooded area. There is Stoney Creek at the edge of the wooded area that is used for fishing and is stocked with trout in the spring. There are tables to have a picnic. There are also grills that can be used. This new playground is so good! I took my 11 month old, he loved the swings and there was a small slide he could use too. Lots of bigger kids there who seemed to enjoy the climbing options. I did not see any adaptive swings or anything...
