I've been going to cvs on dekalb st on 701 dekalb st and oak for over 20yrs. I found a bomb outside of this same cvs in 07. I would've never thought that I would walk in there today to be humiliated and disrespected in the way I did today. The young pharmacist that i would have never expected out of everyone in the pharmacy, and the Chinese pharmacist made me feel like a[ piece of gum under their shoe today. I tried to explain to the young pharmacist that my medication was not being given to me all together ,that by the time I get the other medication I dont have enough to last me until the end of thel month. The young pharmacist wasn't giving me any solutions to my issue or understanding the severity of my) situation. I'm literally sleep walking. I was waiting for the Chinese pharmacist ,and when she walked up to the counter the young pharmacist handed her a sheet of paper with information on it and looking at her like saying to her "here we go with the bull caca" the Chinese pharmacist read the paper but then told me again what I already knew,I then again explained that it was not my fault that they didn't have my medication in stock and now I have to wait 2 extra days for my 8mg Medication and hace to break a few of them up to stay on my regimen but now it's getting to the point where I'm sleep walking more because my medication isn't being taken as prescribed because of cvs. I got heated because they're treating me as if I were redundant. I asked to speak to the manager and the Chinese pharmacist told me she's not here,I asked for her phone number to call so that I could talk to her regarding what was happening and the young one told me no ,I said why can't I have the managers number? She replied because its personal. She's Wrong because ïf you have a business to run there has to be a phone number that will get you through if there's a problem like this. Then when I said that I was going to report them for what was happening it's like they didn't have a care in the world and the young pharmacist said how would you like it if I came to your job being upset and.. causing.problems ? I took that as a threat. I respect people at my job and if there's a problem I will make sure things are taken care of to the best of ability. I still am going to follow through. I don't believe that the manager will help me because they know each other. I'm going to go a different route where I know things will be dealt with. All of you are supposed to be and act professional because you deal with people that have mental health issues and suffer from anxiety and deppresion disorders none of you especially the Chinese Pharmacist were professional. They train you for a reason.
Update on 08 01 2025. I went in to get medication and once again met with the attitude of employee 1997039. The female with the braid locks. Showing other trainees. Ahes polite to others. I'm hoping that she did not give me a different brand of medication because she offered it to me and I denied it. That would be a viation of my rights. I'm going to look it up. Then she was rude and disrespectful. I've called corporate 2 times already and no one has done anything about it. So is this how things going to be from Now on? If this lady gave me tbe wrong medication? I will be contacting...
Read moreOMG I take it back! It's going downhill again. I went to get a script from my doctor. She has provided 4 refills. It said this on CVS online and when I went to pick up I confirmed. Now, it shows 1 refill, 3 refills disappeared. This is meds for people. What is going on?? You are messing with people's health. The pharmacy service has now not improved. A few months back there was someone in pharmacy that would repeatedly provide inaccurate information. Now, it seems different, and those answering the phone are accurate and careful about information. I wish there were less wait on answering calls though, but I understand there are a lot of customers. The customer service at the store section is not always good. The last time I was there the clerk in front insisted I couldn't use my Rewards Buck card for butter. I had a few dollars of rewards and she insisted I couldn't use them. I called CVS customer service afterwards and they confirmed she was not correct. They advised next time I should call the manager if I want to use my reward bucks and clerk doesn't let...
Read moreI wish I can give a zero rating that place has bad management. I had a very bad experience today with a manager she was very rude and disrespectful. I went and bought a gallon of milk and it was supposed to be sold by May 5th and it's May 16th it's spoiled with clumps in it and when I called and talked to a manager she basically called me a liar saying she don't believe it's expired cause they pull the milk every week. Unfortunately I can't get back up there cause I am on homecare homebound cause I just had serious knee surgery "knee replacement" I explained that to the manager but she just kept saying she doubts the milk is expired that I must be reading it wrong basically calling me a liar.
