UPDATE: The OWNER reached out to me and apologized for the customer service that I had received. He did recoop my money and told me that he will be looking into this issue and will take care of it. Still haven't been back though.
So, I am going to give my opinion about this location.
I have been there 3 times in a row (last and final one was TODAY)
1st time was that I received the wrong food. Hey...It happens...I will give them another try
2nd time, I got the wrong coffee (thought...2 times....hmm...) . I did learn from this experience that one of the girls thinks that another girl is a (insert awful name here)
3rd time (Today) I bought a BLUEBERRY MUFFIN warmed with butter...received a corn muffin (allergic to) and butter on the side. I brought it back and waited to been seen because they were all talking to each other about NON Dunkin Donuts stuff.
That is the final STRAW for me. I understand that its just food but this location SUCKS! I hate given bad reviews out but today was the LAST TIME that I will ever step foot into that place. All they do is shoot the sh** with and has VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The Franchise owner NEEDS to revamp...

Read moreI waited in the drive thru line from 625 AM- until 650 AM with 4 cars in front of me. I was getting 1 med iced coffee, and I was able to order and did not move. After waiting over a half hour in the line I had to drive away without my coffee because I was going to be late for work. I gave myself enough time but over 30 mins in the drive thru line is crazy!
