Just to set the scene... we went on New Year's Eve so the experience may be different from the norm. Waited about 30 minutes for a table. Not bad considering the date. People were getting frustrated waiting (sometimes an hour or more) for their take out order. The staff did explain that they were behind with orders and despite some pretty rude customers the front of house staff did a good job controlling a rather large wait time. The food... when we got our starters they were only warm. Not quite cold but close. I tried to order General Tso chicken without vegetables but was told that since there were no substitutions allowed that I would get what was already prepared. The waitress seemed genuinely frustrated at this but I did not push the issue. What concerned me was that simply not including broccoli in my dish was an issue for the kitchen. Made it seem like the food was not being cooked fresh or in large batches. When the entrees we ordered did arrive it was VERY hot and was ok. The General Tso sauce was plain and had little flavor to it. The rice we ordered was good. Chicken wings were good and very hot. The portions were very generous. Overall I would have rated the experience 4/5 if it were not for some genuine concerns over the food and their preparation for what they must have known was going to be busy. Would not give a 5/5 for some blandness in the food itself. Probably won't visit again as I have had much better food in other restaurants.

I was in the area with my daughter so we grabbed take-out. The young lady that took our order was extremely friendly and personable. I usually don't comment about the staff for a take-out order but she truly added to the experience. We had a philosophical conversation on why I don't like onions while waiting for the food. We ordered a PuPu for 2, Peking Ravioli's, Lobster Sauce and Pork Fried Rice! The food was solid. The Eggrolls, Ribs, Teriyaki and Pork Fried Rice were the stars. Everything else was really good. The Chicken Wings were slightly breaded. Usually not a fan of breaded Wings at Chinese restaurants, but these were good. The Lobster Sauce had a nutty flavor to it, most likely sesame oil. Although different than what I am use to, I would order it again. Overall a very positive experience!!

Please DO NOT EAT HERE! This use to be the best place in North Attleborough. The food is horrible now.. The orange chicken didn’t have chicken inside of the orange chicken. It was just breading sweet breading. The dumplings taste old and they are super thick l, meat is slimy, The crab raccoons were only cream cheese on the menu. It says crab but it’s really Krab. The noodles are so gross! So gross!! I believe supporting town businesses I really dont leave bad reviews but this place fell offff!! Look at pictures please!!

Really disappointed with tonight's service. I have been a patron of Dragon Garden for about ten years and have had take out on more New Year's Eves than I can remember. I have never had an issue. This year I'm incredibly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and preparedness for one of their busiest evenings.

I called in my order at 5pm. I was told it would be ready at 8 45pm. I was surprised but didn't question it. The girl who took my order only asked my name, and not my phone number. I showed up at 8 40pm to pick up my order and people were in the midst of having their orders mixed up, customers being turned away, and others being told they were two hours behind.

I went to the counter to ask for my order and the girl told me they were an hour behind. I asked how I was supposed to know that and she asked someone else to speak with me. Another woman told me the same thing and I asked the same question: I'm here when I was told to be here and now things aren't ready. Why weren't the customers called and made aware of the lag in time? The woman told me that everyone here was waiting and I could wait as well but she couldn't move me to the front of the line because people had already been waiting.

I understood and that was not my issue. My issue was that every customer who's order was not going to be ready on time should have been called and given the option to come later. I told them to cancel my order and I left.

I have always had a lot of respect for this business and its owners. The women at the counter are people I have never seen before and clearly were in over their heads but what I observed in the ten minutes I was waiting. I wish them the best of luck but they have lost...

I have been a loyal customer for years but they are very sketchy. We ordered at least once a week and a couple years ago the totals never added up. They ask if you are doing credit card before they give a total to add charges. One time I caught them adding 15 dollars in charges and when I caught them they said it was a take out charge they never had posted and offered to take of 2 of the 3 charges I caught them on. It took a long time for me to start asking questions and when I finally expressed my concern one of the owners started yelling at me that "American restaurants do it all the time" I explained that restaurants have to give itemized receipts in Massachusetts which they refuse to do if you pay with card. So disappointed because this town including myself went out of our way to support them during COVID and this is how they treat a town that loved them. It has been 6 months since that conversation and we just caught them doing it again and refusing to give an itemized receipt. Some of them are amazing there and I love the food but they are crooks and you should watch what they try to get away with...
